CrimeRe: The Real Cause Of UNIOSUN Student Adebisi Rofiat Death (watch Video) by 9ousky: 9:42pm On Feb 16, 2017
this is pure lie. .
How Driver Allegedly Led UNIOSUN Student Adebisi To Her Death For 10,000 Naira
Channels Television .
Updated January 12, 2017
The Department of State Security Service (DSS) has apprehended a herbalist, simply identified as Jelili and a commercial driver, Elijah Oyebode, for allegedly kidnapping and killing a 400 Level student of Osun State University, Osogbo, Adebisi Rofiat Damilola.

The driver confessed that the herbalist, also known as Ifa (oracle), gave him the assignment to bring a young lady and get 10,000 Naira as reward.
Elijah said Adebisi boarded his vehicle from Ipetu-Ijesa to Osogbo while returning from the Ipetu-Ijesa campus of UNIOSUN where the lady was studying Science Education.
Girl Matched Specification
Adebisi, who left Ipetu-Ijesa for Osogbo on December 22, 2016, got missing along the way and her corpse was found on the roadside along Ikirun/Iragbiji road few days later.
Elijah, who spoke with reporters in Yoruba language, said: “I took her (Adebisi) from Ipetu-Ijesa. There were other passengers in my vehicle that day. The girl matched the specification that Ifa (herbalist) gave me. Ifa said I should bring a lady that has never bore a child. When I saw the student, I was very sure that she had not given birth to a child”.
“Ifa had given me a charm that I will use to hypnotise any lady that I want to bring. He said once I put the charm in my pocket, I only need to have body contact with the lady and she would be hypnotised. The charm was already in my pocket when I saw the lady and I ensured that my body touched her. From there, she didn’t know anything again.
“After dropping other passengers at the various destinations, I took the lady to Ifa at his house in Ikirun and he received her and gave me 10,000. I pity the lady when I was leaving because I knew she would not come out alive. My conscience was telling me that what I did was bad.
“When I left Ifa’s house, I went to a bush to dump the lady’s luggage which contained some clothes. Few minutes later, her phone started ringing. I knew her people must be looking for her. I took the phone to Yusuff to help me sell it. I told Yusuff that a passenger forgot the phone in my vehicle.
“The phone kept ringing and I later picked it. Yusuff told me that it was dangerous to receive the call because they could use it to trace us. I removed the SIM card and threw it away instantly to prevent her people from reaching us. We sold the phone for 20,000 Naira. We shared it 10,000 Naira each”.
While speaking with Channels Television, the herbalist denied the allegations.
He said the driver was telling lie and that Elijah was just his contract driver that he used occasionally.
Late Adebisi was a 400 Level student of Osun State University, (UNIOSUN) in Osogbo.
After her body was found on December 28 , the police detectives said they were making frantic efforts to unravel the circumstances surrounding her death.
Channels Television’s correspondent in Osogbo, Bosede Sodiq, reported that Adebisi, who was studying Science Education at the Ipetu-Ijesa campus of UNIOSUN, left Ipetu to attend a programme of NASFAT society at Ikoyi a town close to Ikire before she got missing.

PoliticsTCN Gives Reasons For Thursday’s Zero MW by 9ousky(op): 12:27pm On Apr 02, 2016
By Chris Ochayi
ABUJA - The Transmission Company of
Nigeria, TCN, yesterday, explained that the
nationwide total system collapse experienced
at 12:35pm on Thursday, was caused by the
tripping of Osogbo/Ihovbor and Ihovbor/Benin
330kV transmission lines, which resulted in
loss of 201MW generation from Ihovbor power
station.
The Management of System Operation/Market
Operation (SO/MO) of the TCN, in a statement
yesterday explained further that the generation
and load imbalance that ensued, defined by
sudden decline in system frequency,
culminated in the Collapse.
According to TCN, “Total grid generation at
collapse inception was 3,196.0MW. The low
generation at the time was due to shortage of
gas supply to generators.
“The transmission grid is characteristically
susceptible to system collapses when
generation is below 3,500MW and the
available spinning reserve capacity is low.
“TCN is working assiduously to consolidate
the gains recorded in system stability, which is
evident from the substantial reduction of
system collapses from 22 in 2013 to 9 in 2014
followed by 6 in 2015.
“A substantial number of these collapses are
attributable to low system generation due to
gas supply issues which impacts stability.
TCN recalled that “The improvement in system
stability is also evidenced by the fact that
TCN has been able to wheel maximum energy
of 109,372MWH on 2nd February, 2016 while
the peak power transferred on the same day
was 5, 074 MW.
“The System Operator, TCN regrets the
inconvenience caused by the collapse.”

After We've enter Guiness Book of Record for generating 0MW(Zero MegaWatt) of power for almost 3hours.
We know it's part of the "Chain".
Dats not how power works... Make ur findings.. 0MW is called overall system collapse and dis is not d first time its happening... It happened too sometime last year May it was even more than 3,hrs.. D problem is all our 24 generation company are synchronized together at a frequency of 50Hz to the national grid and if there should be problem in one of the station or total blackout in one of the station it affect all other station intact it might even cause devastating effect the remaining 23 station.. I am at Jebba station and wat happened d day before yesterday was an explosion of one of the Current Transformer CT infact it shattered workers car glasses because its situated near d car park. I wish I can explain more to u and u will understand. We have to localise our grid dats d only way out of entire or overall system collapse..

PoliticsSupreme Court Adjourns Saraki’s Alleged False Asset Case To February by 9ousky(op): 4:52pm On Dec 03, 2015
The Supreme Court on Thursday adjourned
hearing on the trial of the senate president,
Bukola Saraki, to February 2016.
Mr. Saraki appealed to the highest court to
quash his trial by the Code of Conduct
Bureau, which accuses him of false asset
declaration and fraud.
He denies all 13 charges against him.
An earlier challenge at the court of appeal
failed. The court directed the trial to continue.
Hearing on an appeal before the Supreme
Court continued Thursday, as counsels from
the two sides canvassed their cases.
The Chief Justice of the Federation, Mahmud
Mohamed, presided over the case with six
other judges in attendance.
Mr. Mohammed explained that the sitting
started late on Thursday because they judges
tried to resolve whether they were dealing with
a criminal or constitutional matter.
The lead counsel to Mr. Saraki, Joseph Daudu,
raised concerns with the composition of the
Code of Conduct Tribunal bench.
Mr. Daudu said for the tribunal to form a
quorum, the chairman must sit with at least
two members of the bench.
He noted that the Supreme Court always had
odd number of judges at sittings adding that
the case should not be so different with the
tribunal.
He said the presence of the chairman and one
member meant that the sitting had only two
members of the bench at the CCT, which he
said could give room for an abuse of powers
by the chairman, in the event of a tie.
The chief justice said it was unnecessary to
speculate and urged Mr. Daudu to wait until
there was a tie.
Mr. Daudu further argued that the Code of
Conduct Tribunal lacked the jurisdiction to try
the matter, saying the tribunal, by law, could
only treat issues relating to breach of
conduct.
He said cases like bribery, which the tribunal
can entertain, were mainly because they were
related to a breach of conduct – and not that
they were criminal cases.
He also said section 25(2) of the Code
Conduct Tribunal Act requires that the
Attorney General must be the one to initiate
charges.
The CCB lawyer, Rotimi Jacobs, however
argued that based on sections 284 of the
Constitution, two members could form a
quorum at the tribunal.
Mr. Jacobs said the tribunal had the right to
exercise criminal jurisdiction, based on
paragraph 17, third schedule of the CCTA.
He therefore prayed the court to dismiss the
case.
After a brief deliberation on the matter, the
presiding judge, Mr. Mohammed, adjourned
the matter to February 5, 2015.
Mr. Mohammed appealed for the
understanding of both counsels on the date of
adjournment.
He said the Supreme Court already had a
mass of cases pending.
Mr. Saraki was not present at Thursday’s
sitting.

PoliticsThird World War Looms As Global Terrorism Spreads by 9ousky(op): 6:30am On Nov 21, 2015
By Agaju Madugba
The French translation of Chinua Achebe’s
epic novel, “Things Fall Apart,” may well be
the most appropriate depiction of the current
state of world affairs. The world does not only
seem to be falling apart, the world has begun
to melt, under the fire power of terrorist shells
and bombs. The overall implications may be
even more devastating as, according to
Akintola Ishaq, a Professor of Islamic Studies
at the Lagos State University, the possibility of
a third world war may not be ruled out.
According to him, “there are so many
conflicting interests plaguing the Middle East,
Europe and America and, just how long is it
going to take to reconcile these interests in
order to have global peace? A third world war
is not impossible. The West is divided between
Communism and Capitalism. There is no love
lost today between Russia and American or
France. The cold rivalry is there. There is half-
hearted reconciliation between Cuba and
America. France has started bombing Syria
and ISIS strongholds but Russia is equally in
Syria defending Bashar Assad. America
wants Assad killed or removed. People are
talking about peace but nobody is talking
about justice. You cannot be unjust and enjoy
peace. Those who want peace must be
prepared to be just and handle the issue of
human rights delicately.”
Whatever the case may be, the threat appears
to be real as terrorism has taken the centre
stage in many cities across the world. In
Nigeria, in spite a certain level of international
collaboration, government has not been able
to effectively tackle the murderous activities of
insurgents in parts of the country. It may no
longer be possible to keep track of the number
of their indiscriminate bombing campaigns
and attacks just as it may also be virtually
impossible to know the actual figure of the
deaths arising from these attacks.
And, as in previous attacks in other parts of
the world, the coordinated terrorist assault on
Paris on November 13, 2015 was as
devastating as they were apparently designed
to be. A total of about 129 persons were
reported killed and about 380 others injured
after gunmen attacked seven isolated
locations in the French capital. An Islamic
group, the Islamic State (ISIS) based in Syria
and Iraq claimed responsibility for the act
which has continued to receive world-wide
condemnation.
Over the past few months the acronym has
become synonymous with violence, terror and
bloodshed as the group continues to advance
its cause in the Middle East and even beyond.
Earlier in January, ISIS praised two gunmen
who reportedly killed 12 persons at the Paris
offices of a newspaper, Charlie Hebdo.
And, on October 31, a Russian passenger
Metrojet Flight 9268 departed the Egyptian
resort of Sharm el-Sheikh and later crashed
over the Sinai, killing all the 224 persons on
board. ISIS has since equally claimed
responsibility for the downing of the aircraft
with reports indicating that terrorists planted
explosives in it before take-off.
Way back on September 11, 2001, there were
four coordinated attacks across the United
States of America as suicide bombers hijacked
four passenger aircraft and crashed them into
high rise buildings including the twin towers
of the 110-floor World Trade Centre in New
York City. The attacks claimed the lives of
2,296 persons. Then there was the attack in
London. The list is endless.
Attacks un-Islamic
At the wake of the attacks in Paris, a Nigerian
non-governmental organization, Muslim
Rights Concern (MURIC), also joined various
other groups and individuals from across the
world in condemning the incident which it
regretted may fuel universal chaos. According
to the group in a statement, “the Muslim
Rights Concern (MURIC) strongly condemns
these attacks. They are despicable, vicious
and barbaric. They take humanity back to the
Stone Age, grant unfettered licence to
lawlessness and fuel universal chaos.
“It is becoming more glaring that the main
preoccupation of the Islamic State of Iraq and
Syria (ISIS) is the shedding of innocent blood
and the precipitation of religious war,
particularly between Christians of the West
and Muslims of the Middle East. “We
dissociate ourselves from the violent
propensity of ISIS and its blood-thirsty
associates in Al-Qaedah and Boko Haram
whose stock-in-trade is the misinterpretation
of the peaceful message of Islam. We reject
the hate messages of messengers of death
who ask Muslims to kill Westerners. We affirm
clearly and unequivocally that Islam neither
teaches racism nor does it endorse terrorism.
“MURIC calls on Muslim youths all over the
world to save Islam from an implosion
induced by extremism. This they can do by
distancing themselves from radical and violent
groups.”
Motivation for terrorism
In virtually all the attacks, persons considered
to belong to extremist Muslim groups have
always claimed responsibility, justifying their
actions by citing certain religious ideologies.
But according to Ishaq, “we do not believe
they are Muslims. These people are
bastardizing the religion of Islam. They are
masquerading under the guise of a divine
religion to perpetuate their diabolical agenda.
Islam is a religion of peace. It does not allow
you to attack people. The Koran says in
Chapter 5 verse 32 that if you kill a single
person, it will be as if you have killed the
whole humanity. And, if you save the life of a
single person, it will be as if you have saved
the whole of humanity.
Koran chapter 1 verse 51, forbids the killing of
innocent lives, it pronounces the sanctity of
human life and refers to those who take the
lives of other people, without due process (by
government), as criminals. The excuse they
give, that they want to kill non-Muslims so
that they can go to Paradise is an illusion. It
is an empty excuse to satisfy their homicidal
tendencies. “The Prophet of Islam said that a
Muslim is one who does not hurt anyone with
his hand or with his tongue.
So, how can these people be killing people,
destroying churches, attacking people who
have gone to worship God their way, and
saying that they are doing it on behalf of
Almighty Allah? You cannot fight for Allah and
you cannot fight for religion. The attacks are
acts of aggression and an infringement on the
verses of the Koran. These people are further
justifying certain view of some people who
regard Muslims as extremists especially in the
West where some people do not want to see
Muslims at all. There are extremist Muslims
and there are extremist Christians.
“But in some of these happenings, some things
may be responsible because, as they say,
there is no smoke without fire. When people
are provoked or pushed to the wall, then they
react. In these acts of terrorism, we are saying
that, some of them may be due to provocation
of Muslims and acts of injustice against
Muslims to which the terrorists react. But that
does not mean we support terrorism.
Islam does not support killing of people. If you
are provoked, there are ways and measures
you can take including dialogue and you can
speak out against those who terrorize you.
The press should speak out against the
injustice in the world, otherwise, the reactions
of extremists will continue unabated. Look at
the way Muslim women are being embarrassed
all over the world. In France, the authorities
there enacted a law banning Muslim women
from wearing hijab.
I think dressing is a matter of culture and it
should be a matter of freedom. The world
believes in freedom of religion, freedom of
movement and these are recognized by the
United Nations. If Muslims say they want to
dress in a particular way, why must they be
forced to dress in another way or in the
European way?
“We believe our women are being molested
and embarrassed. Unfortunately, Muslim
extremists react in a different way. Britain
also enacted a similar law but not as harsh as
that of France. Obama described Islam as part
of America and that there is no way anybody
can marginalize Muslims and enact laws
against them. We are happy with what is
happening in America but unfortunately
Muslim extremists attacked America. The Bin
Laden group of Al-Qaida issued a statement
asking Muslims to attack Americans and
Westerners and we regard such statements as
hate speeches, they are inconsistent with the
message of love from the Prophet of Islam,
Prophet Muhammad. They contradict the
peaceful teachings of Islam enshrined in the
glorious Koran.
“We reject the messages of Al-Qaida because
Islam is not a native religion as there are
Muslims in America, in Great Britain. Islam is
the fastest growing religion in the West today.
So, we reject such messages and we call on
Muslims all over the world to continue to live
in peace with their neighbours, regardless of
where they come from.
The motivation for terrorism comes from
provocation. Muslims are being provoked and
the provocation has been building up over
several decades. Injustice against Muslims
tends to recruit fanatical Muslims as
terrorists. The world must unite against unfair
treatment of Muslims. If Muslims are
maltreated anywhere, the world should speak
out against it.
“These extremist groups have their hidden
agenda, they want to rule the world with iron
fist but the good people of the world must
come together, from all the continents, and
reject this intimidation from terrorists.”
The role of ignorance
Another Muslim cleric, Sheikh Haliru Maraya,
a former Special Adviser (Religious Matters) to
the Kaduna state governor, believes that those
he describes as being ignorant of the true
teachings of Islam are responsible for the
current global terrorism initiatives. According
to him, “absolute ignorance is responsible for
the attacks by some people claiming to be
Muslims. Islam cherishes the sanctity of
human life.
The Prophet said that we should have the
same love for mankind as you have love for
yourself and by so doing, you become a true
Muslim. The people currently perpetuating
these devilish acts are not true Muslims.
Retaliation is also a transgression against the
Almighty Allah. Islam does not permit an
individual to take the laws into his hands.
That is why the Koran says that it is an
excellent virtue to use good to pay back
somebody who may have wronged you. You
cannot begin to kill people because some
Muslims are being killed elsewhere in the
world as form of retaliation which is also a
transgression in Islam. Islam does not permit
you to take the laws into your hands. If you
are aggrieved, you are expected to take your
case to a court of competent jurisdiction. This
is what Islam says. If your brothers are killed
in destination A, then you begin to kill people
in destination B, it is wrong and it is anti-
Islam.
“Allah says that somebody who worships Allah
ignorantly is a disadvantage to the religion.
Such people may have love for Islam but they
do not know the tenets of the religion. They
do not know Islam’s view on how to live
peacefully with other people in the society.
Relationship between Muslims and non-
Muslims in society as far as Islam is
concerned is always expected to be cordial.
The right to life, the right to own property, the
right to live anywhere one wishes to live, the
right to practice any religion one chooses to
practice are sacrosanct as far as Islam is
concerned. You are not expected to kill or
antagonize anyone for the simple reason that
the person does not practice your religion.
Allah says in the Koran that there is no
compulsion in Islam and this verse was
revealed to the Prophet when he established
the Muslim community in Medina.
He lived cordially with the Jews in Medina and
Christians in suburbs of Medina. “A true
Muslim is not expected to act at variance with
how the Prophet acted or behaved. What is
currently happening is very unfortunate. It is
not Islam and those people doing it do not
represent Islam because the Koran does not
say so and the Prophet who established the
religion of Islam did not say so. There was
never a time that the Prophet attacked a non-
Muslim community or a church or a
synagogue.
In fact there was a time somebody in Medina
killed somebody and ran away and the
relations went to the Prophet to complain and
that they wanted to kill the son of the
runaway murderer. The Prophet told them that
they should not kill the son because he did
not commit the crime. You cannot punish
somebody else for an offence he did not
commit and this is the position of Islam.
“I have never subscribed to the opinion that
poverty pushes the youth to become
extremists. During the time of the Prophet,
some of his companions were not rich but
they did not embark on such devilish acts,
killing innocent people. And, there is nowhere
in Islam where it says that if you are poor, you
should go on rampage.
In Nigeria here, if you go to the South-West,
there are a lot of Muslims there and some of
them are also poor but we have never heard of
something like Boko Haram over there. I have
always attributed this to the fact that a
majority of the Muslim community in the
South-West are enlightened as far as Islam is
concerned. They know the religion and they
also have Western style education.
So, one can say that what is happening is
attributable to ignorance of the religion by
some of people who claim to be Muslims.”

A RED ALERT SIGNAL TO ALL BIAFRAN COMMANDERS TO ACT AT ONCE.

Great Biafrans, the France attack was to make the world leaders/EU to bring peace in Syrian by force.Biafrans, you can see how serious people do things."ACTION.

Waiting for Nigeria Government to release your Director, won't work because Nigeria is a country founded on lies and they don't respect the rule of law, that's why the big fool buhari disrespected the Court's order to produce NNAMDI kANU at the court.

The world leaders are waiting for our action before they could step in. Even Putin the President of Russia once wrote to us saying (biafrans all over the world shouldn't wait for him before fighting for their freedom, and that was all he could say) if we are smart, he was trying to give us an answer to solve our problems in a very secret way. what Putin was trying to say to biafrans was that biafrans we needed to start fighting for our freedom with action immediately. we must act now before world leaders can come in. Do you remember that the Nigeria Government was afraid before the protest after the protest, they got fed up, and the government even started panicking, you can see that little action did.

The world would have taken us more seriously if we had STRIKE all the oil rigs, companies and pipelines. We shouldn't forget that we are dealing with a military person with 70% percent military blood is still in them.

And if we Biafrans wants to balance the power,we must STRIKE immediately, then World Leaders/UN would then come in at once to declare Biafra. The white man will advise us to go on with the peaceful protest, but you shouldn't forget that our system of government is totally different from them, and even the rest of the world.

It is now proven beyond every reasonable doubt that the zoo called Nigeria don't respect the rule of law,the Nigeria System of Government needs force. biafrans "STRIKE.

Don't wait because they won't release our director until we srike, then the Nigeria Government will then call for negotiations, just like they are now doing for the boko-haram.

The boko-haram are no fools, they equally know that. delay is dangerous, our director keeps saying ( Biafra or death), our Deputy director can't give a direct command to strike on air because of security reasons, I really need all our commanders to take note of that. Its all a mind game the director and his deputy is depending on you all, we are now fearless ,united and formidable before our enemies.

The south-east and south-south,especially the south Easterners should ground a plan for themselves, because we south south pple knows what to do already.
We need all our action men with the provocation to war. It is either Biafra or war and there is nothing to negotiate with the zoo called Nigeria because they have broken all the laws that respects human right. Our Deputy is depending on you all Don't wait for him to give that command on air, so that the world can't hold him accountable for giving such an order.

Biafrans you see what happened in France. Biafrans we must put action to our protest and strike by shutting down everything oil in Nigeria. Stop oil flow in Nigeria and Nigeria will automatically end. This is a direct order pass this command to all hardcore biafran.

Are they both playing me or they can't just get over each other?
PoliticsRe: General Buhari's Poor Response To A Nairaland Thread by 9ousky: 6:42pm On Aug 22, 2015
PassingShot:
Let me oblige you a bit:

1. The president's wife can have aides paid for by tax payers money. It's not a crime and it's a common practice even when she doesn't take on any official functions. Remember the president got approval for fifteen aides. That there will be no public funds relates to not having budgetary allocations for the president's wife future projects.

Nowhere in the statements of Garba Shehu was the title "Office of Wife of the President" used. It was a deduction made by the paper. Nevertheless, long before now including during the election, it was asked many times how will the president's wife be addressed if not First Lady. The usual answer then was she should be addressed as wife of the president. So, we have long known this.

3. If the president's wife doesn't use the office, who should use it? You or your wife? Who please?

What should be of concern to patriotic citizens are the following:
1. That there is no budgetary allocation for the president's wife projects. Such should be financed through private sponsorship. We have so many corporate entities that can finance her projects in Nigeria. It is how it's done in developed countries.

2. The president's wife does not become involved in our governance such that she determines who becomes a governor or minister as was the case with PEJ.

3. The president's wife comport herself with high level of moral principle; not embarrassing us as PEJ was always found to do.

http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/175541-will-operate-nigerias-first-lady-buharis-wife.html

The above were exact words of Aisha Buhari during campaign. Did she or her husband ever say she will not play any role?

If the answer is no, what are the issues then? As far as there is no budgetary allocations for her work, we should have nothing to worry about.
Av once engaged the op on his previous thread on this issue. Then there was no official statement from Presidency about any offices because He was ascertaining without no proof that Mrs Aisha was already running the office, I also ask him the to give proof of others aids bn appointed for Mrs Aisha to run the office, I ask him to give me an evidence of any function undertaken by the so called office He claimed by Mrs Aisha, then I ask again is there any law against the wife of the President having an Assistant(s),Since the Appointment of SSA to Mrs Buhari does not bear any office whether office of the first lady or office of the wife of the President but strictly SSA to Mrs Buhari. Thank God there is official statement from the Presidency on it but the Op twisted it again and even says Buhari poor response to a nairaland thread.. Well I think the Op should be ashamed, what a poor topic to his thread and like before He still makes no sense.

Yeah, there was indeed peace after 2011 elections when over 1,000 was massacred just because one old grunt refused to do the noble deed of acepting defeat. Take or leave, Jonathan will always be more democratic, better than and more matured in attitude than the old vindictive baba. Jona is a good man. Shikina!
Thanks for ur Gud comment. I believe even PMB applauded GEJ for his show of statesmanship and the path of honour he took and history won't forget him for that. But DAT shouldnt b a justification of stopping any investigation, probe and prosecution of any corruption and corrupt related offences dat occur during his tenure... Dats just my point.

Whynotthetruth:
1)You're in politics section not Romance section so I don't have to paint it for you...

2)That's not the complete sentence unless you failed reading and comprehension in school...

3)I don't need to be Op to handle your misyarn undecided

4)Complete sentence there is; " “The former president’s commitment and what he did still remains spectacular and I think that President Buhari himself appreciates that"....So what did Jonathan do?...The peace we enjoy today is thanks to Jonathan(maybe you or your family member would have been dead if Jonathan was as desperate as Buhari for power)...
U Ar in politics section does not mean u should be aggressive and display ill mannerism.
As far as I am concerned I make used of the complete sentence I needed. So u can go and search for what is meant by complete sentence because u really don't know the definition of complete sentence.
Since u Ar not d Op then you cant analyse d sentence up there and its not my misyarn its from Rev Kukah statements.
Well I do not believe DAT the Peace we enjoy today is because of any individual, or group or a particular party or committee, the Peace we enjoy can only be attributed to God Almighty because there was peace before us and there shall be peace if we are no more if God wills. About Me or my family bn dead is nothing special, we all gonna die anyway so in our faith death is part of it and whenever its time den its time no matter whether its as a result of any peace or any violence...

The office of the first lady or whatever nomenclature is unconstitutional. Appointing Special Assistant(s) and other staff who will draw salaries from the federal coffers would be criminal.
My question to you is the wife of the President entitled to have an Assistant(s).
Is there any any part of our constitution that goes against her having one ... Am not talking about any office whatsoever, Am strictly talking about the wife of the President Mrs Having An Assistant(s). If you have proof to show that staffs Ar bn appointed to the claimed office then let know

9ousky azimibraun you two sound very much like Squealer in the Animal Farm. For me I am just gonna be Benjamin the donkey.

Buhari made a promise not to run the country with Office of the First Lady. Any allocation of state resources to his wife in government capacity is failure to that promise.

Both of you and many others are simply diluting the renegotiation on promises by Buhari.
I didn't say Buhari didn't made the Promise. Yes He Did. My problem with the Op topic is.. What I am pointing out is that Appointment of SSA to Buhari wife does not in any way correlate with office of the wife of the President. This is not about Supporting Buhari or bn against anybody. Since the commencement of this Administration, Has there bn any function or duty or anything whatsoever to show DAT the office exist.. Mrs Buhari visited IDPs camp in her capacity as the wife of the President. Because Buhari said there will not be any office of the first lady or wife of the President does not mean Mrs Buhari will not be existing or will not perform roles of the wife of the President... She is the wife of the President and She has roles to also perform As the mother of the nation, the question to you now why does she need an official office if she can perform her roles without it...

‎“The Office of the First Lady is not in the constitution, so there’s no official role for them,”

These were the exact words of general Mohammadu Buhari prior to the 2015 general elections.

http://dailytrust.com.ng/daily/top-stories/42969-i-won-t-have-office-for-first-lady-buhari

When he announced that the office of the "First lady" will cease to exist  if he won the elections three things Happened :

1. Those who saw the office as a waste of public resources switched camps and aligned with him ‎

2. Those who saw the  "overbearing" influence of the former first lady screamed the messiah has come!!!!

3.those who simply wanted GEJ out because of his wife found a leader in the retired general.

Believe it or not that statement gave him a good number of votes

However,   Like the Promise of 20,000 megawatts vanished with a simple statement from Lai Mohammed and the Public assets declaration metamorphosed into an APC promise, the pledge not to have an office for the first Lady has all but disappeared.

The Punch Newspapers this week reported that unknown to public the Hajia Aisha Buhari who moved into the Villa before her husband had since  taken over the office of the first lady with full parafenlia and retinue of aides.

http://www.punchng.com/news/aisha-buhari-takes-over-patience-jonathans-office/

The deception was further taken to another level when the President secretly appointed Hajo Sani as Senior Special assistant for an office he promised not to entertain under his administration.
Even when confronted with the facts Femi Adeshina and Garba Shehu were unable to provide explanations as to why they refused to announce the appointment until it was leaked to the public.
The only change that has taken place is the change in nomenclature from first Lady to Wife of the President.

This post election change  in behavioural pattern raises a lot of questions

1 . Does changing goal post after election amounts to obtaining votes by false pretence?

2. Does re defining electoral promises by one party after hoodwinking the other party  to do its bidding amount to a betrayal of trust ?

3. Does a man who could not keep his own words have the moral right to ask others to do so ?

Why will a President who has previously declared an office unconstitutional turn around to allocate public funds and appoint senior public officers to an office that he promised to scrap?

For the antagonists I have these few words....

This thread is not about Wailing far from it

1. It's about asking a Party and an individual to keep the Promises and pledges they made to Nigerians

2. It's about asking a man who many claim is a man of honour to do what is Honourable

3. Is about asking all those who chanted change to see beyond party sentiments, ethnic or religious affiliation and stand for the truth even when it hurts

May God continue to Bless Nigeria and Nigerians

OP I also noted DAT u said Buhari Appoint Assistant to the office.... From the various news source there is nothing like that ooo...The head line goes by "Buhari Appoint Senior special Assistant to Mrs Buhari", and in other captions thats how it is there is nothing like "Buhari Appoint Senior Special to the office of the wife Of President or Office of the first lady"...
If you have a news source DAT say so pls post here let see it with our eyes..

Op, u try but so far I avnt seen or read any official statement from the presidency on this issue the office but only read Buhari appoint senior special Assistant for his wife... Has he no right to appoint Assistant for his wife? Even state Speakers wife has Assistants not to talk of Governors and others... She is d wife of the President for God sake and she has function to attend to also and u should know there is no law DAT says she is not entitle to an assistant, so why d fuss about dis.. I don't think Buhari broke any promise here nor do I see what appointing an Assistant to d wife of the President has to do with what u Ar trying to paint..

I watched people in d area bn interview especially their supreme council of traditional rulers in d area and others... I was able to know DAT d complete cleaning up of d region will take up to 30 yrs. There Ar lot of things one can gain from d report.I can say from what I watched the people were really happy & commending PMB.At d same time dey really don't want disappointment but they Ar ready to work with him and give him d benefit of doubt. I pray PMB succeed in the quest of implementing d report....

The persistence of this criticism is much. Even Olisa Metuh doesnt go at this rate. If PMB's predecessor was criticised at this rate from the very beginning of assuming the seat of power, maybe he would have perform a little better. The fact just remain that little or nothing would change the decisions of Mr president irrespective of how much ranting goes on out there,in as much as he feels him & his team are making right decisions.
Thank You.. Exactly my point to all dis disturbance.... Buhari read a lot even He knows people Ar calling him Baba Go slow but all these won't deterred him.. As long He knows His decision Ar in d best interest of Nigerians no amount of criticism, lies, distraction will make him change his mind... He is Very Principled.
