They should do their best to keep him. While he's getting old, he is still the leader and motivator for the team. He is the one consistent player on the roster that has made them a defensive force to be reckoned with. They should just find a way to produce enuff & better offense at the right times and they'll soar next yr.

Their offense at times was just piss-poor and Ray Lewis is still productive there is no guarantee T-Sizzle would be that good in 3 or 4 years time although same can be said for Lewis too dude is already 34 how many years does he have left in him?
