I don't agree - going to a company and asking to triple what you're earning because of one good performance is not reasonable. You need consistent performance to get that kind of wage. They wanted to increase, but not to the level he wanted. He's now gone to another club - how often does he play/how important is he? Granted it was a mistake that Wenger didn't get someone else - he tried with Xabi and Inler, but we have to move on like you said. 13 games to go we need 10 wins from that lot or else forget it.
Yeah i get your point but Arsene and the board cannot be totally absolved of blame they took the dude for granted and did not negotiate with him when they should have which should have been January and not the season end.Ade had only one good season too and got a raise while RVP who save for injuries has been one of our most important players is still having one or two hitches in his contract renewal the policy is kinda inconsistent.Flamini is unlucky to have such a retro manager who would stick with his old horses even when they are way past their prime we saw that yesterday he did try too late with Xabi and was never serious with Inler i doubt we made any concrete bids to Udinese.Hmm 10 wins in 13 games would take a miracle

We do have to beat Cardiff today and then beat Burnley too so we can have an F.A cup quarterfinal date with either Sheffield or Hull sounds twisted doesn't it?Well thats what you get for not winning your F.A cup tie at the first time of asking

The judges of that Slam-dunk contest where just butt kissers unnecessarily favoring Dwight Howard left for them i am sure they would have given Dwight Howard that title i am happy the fans got to vote heck i was so ashamed of myself seeing Nate Robinson pull wicked stunts i am way taller than this dude but can't do half of his moves

Who is going to be Allstar MVP tonight?

tangent:
you have not been listening to canibus i suppose. there is power in his tongue and lyrical dexterity is peerless. his only failure is the inability to weld his lyrics with good beats for a wider appeal. stylus magazine describes him as a rapper with the whole english language in his mind. lyrically, he is easily the best but as a total package, jay-z, nas, biggie, tupac are all ahead of him.
Don't think you are qualified enough to make that conclusion Mon Soeur i have listened to a few tracks of his and his delivery is not so.The jury is still out on his lyrics i am not moved by scientific terms or big grammar cheesy cheesy

As for witty punchlines and wordplay mehn its Advantage Jigga he paints like a Picasso in that aspect

As for Canibus he is not well acknowledged and respected by his peers i have not seen any foremost rapper give him props or anything which is very telling and shows he didn't do well enough as an MC

Pound for Pound though Canibus is not on Rakim Allah's level and should not even be compared to Rakim abeg

I watched that game on a Sunny Saturday Afternoon in 1973 i was front and Center at the National Stadium the game was bloody each time the Indians took a shot towards our goal the goalkeeper for some strange reason always ran away from the goal post this actually happened 99 times and after the match he was interviewed and explained that all he could see each time the ball was shot towards him was a ball of fire or a roaring lion grin grin

Eya e pele kiss The Celtics showed that you can have all the offensive firepower you want but if you can't play clutch defense and stop the other team at crunch time, it's useless.
The Mavs threw that game away angry angry its not the first time i have seen them throw away big leads i am used to that by now we where leading with 15pts at a point

JeSoul:
Marion for O'Neal?
The Heat are def getting the short end of this stick. Jermaine's best days are long behind him and he can't even stay healthy.
Now we're all waiting to see where Amare will end up. The suns should shine their eyes and make sure they make the best deal possible. Else they might be regretting it for a long long time.
Try telling that to Pat Riley he thinks he has gotten a 20 pts and 9 rebounds guy in Jermaine O'Neal who i sincerely believe is past his peak
As for Amare they say either Bulls or Pistons for him well we would know in the next few days i still insist its a bad move for the Suns! Steve Nash is frustrated enough as it is another stinker of a trade would probably kill his interest in that team and he would eagerly be awaiting free-agency i am sure so he could be re-united with D'Antoni at the Knicks
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only by A40(m): 10:57pm On Feb 14, 2009
Sadly yes he is still at Arsenal

Haba the bloke was asking for 50 or 55k i am not sure but definitely not 90k seriously y'all should place yourselves in Flamini's shoes if you worked in a company and made significant contributions to their growth that fiscal year would you not want an increase in your take home-pay? knowing fully well that you are in high demand by other companies lets not be sentimental about this if his demands where unreasonable Milan would not have gone for him he had youth on his side and would have been a better fit with Fabregas than the bunch of clowns like Song,Diaby or Denilson who does not even have the traits of a DMF or the creative abilities of a playmaker, letting Flamini go without a worthy replacement was a very bad move but its all in the past now i guess undecided

Oga Arsenal, this isn't about being anti-Arsenal. It's about CAF being quite unfair about the award thing. Aboutrika deserved it more than Ade did, plain and simple.
I heard someone say it's like CAF doesn't recognize Africans playing solely on African soil.  .  .that they should have said the award was for Africans playing their football in foreign leagues.
CAF didn't even bother letting anyone outside their circle know the criteria for deciding the winner. Remember what happened the year when Drogba was supposed to win it? They gave the award to someone else simply because Drogba couldn't make it to the award show!! That made me lose my faith in them.  .  .thought they would do better this year, but.  .  .nada. Sad.
Too bad!! This is not the first time an undeserving player has gone on to win an award so what is all the hue and cry about?Y'all should deal with it jare Henry got mugged by Zidane some years back in the World Player of the Year award i can also not remember what Sheva did in 04 to deserve the Balon D' Or

Abou Trika ko Abou Trik Daddy ni the award has gone to Adebayor.QED
