Music/Radio › Re: Lyrics Vs Rhythm: Which Is More Important? by A40(m): 4:09am On Feb 14, 2009
This is like asking which is more important to a car! Your brakes or your clutch? Of course they are both important as a matter of fact its a fine mix of both it depends on the mood of the listener trust me there are times when the last thing that would matter is lyrics so i would rather have a mix of both.I don't look all out for big words and the so-called scientific terms i also attach importance to street smart lyrics that actually apply to real world scenarios but good beats are what would probably attract you to the track in the first place
Pre-last season,Flamini was more like a fringe player too,and these same belief was vested on him as Gilberto was the man for that position.Whilst i am not for Wenger's total trust in these players,i am sure if they have turned out like Flamini too,it would have been all praises.Denilson/Song were even playing excellently at the beginning of this season, even when Cesc wasn't there, where the centre collapsed for them as the season pans still amazes me.Remember the bi-matches up in Lancashire beginning of this season?

We are negotiating a phase in our football this season that will soon become history with the coming back of our 1st teamers, things can ONLY get better.
Yeah granted Flamini was a fringe player and what not but you would agree that was easily the best midfield partnership.Fabregas really flourished with Flamini their midfield combo was very dynamic and was quite unlike what we had seen with Fabregas and Gilberto for the previous two seasons and his form this season has obviously suffered
Denilson is who i have the biggest grouse with i cannot place my finger on what that dude brings to the team

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Arsenal Fan Thread: For Gunners Only by A40(m): 2:12am On Feb 14, 2009
Jeezus  shocked shocked this is some serious ruckus!! I am tired of juxtaposing what Arsene should have done and what not.It was a silly move to let three DMF's go without any adequate replacements Arsene played checkers and not chess there no matter how he tries to spin it.A bigger squad is what we needed and not a smaller one did he really expect Denilson or Song to step up to the plate just like that?I really hope he learns his lesson from this and makes better moves in the summer transfer window hopefully the threat of Villa would be a nice reality check for him

tkb417:
u cant compare Mikel to all those twerps. those buys were mistakes from SAF.
We all know what Mikel is capable of doing. All he needs is a coach in the mould of SAF or Wenger then u'll know hes got potentials.

Mikels career took a nosedive when he ran after money, we all can see the Mikel of today. hes a lot diff from the Mikel we saw in the WYC.
There is no guarantee he would have been successful if he was with SAF or Arsene all na probability. My grouse with him is he has been static he lacks dynamism and he has refused to add something new to his game

Being a star in age-group competitions is not a surety for success in the big league

ure right. u guys can buy him just like u bought Mikel. I'd rather have Obi in UTD than have O'shit.

Had it been the bastard signed for UTD, u guys wont be comparing him with O'shea.
What is the guarantee that he would not have been another Djemba Djemba?i won't even mention Quinton Fortune he was a decent player
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Who Is Better: John O'shea Or John Obi Mikel? by A40(m): 7:36pm On Feb 12, 2009
I really can't stand when Scummies diss O'Shea it makes me sick to my stomach i would rather have him in my team he pops in goals every now and then and is way more versatile

Apart from shielding the ball and passing sideways what else is Mikel good at? I had him in my fantasy league for 15 weeks and he never scored more than 3 points for me. .No assists! Nothing! O'Sheasy is better abeg

Just wondering if he was the same person named best right back in the EPL that was turned twice in a game resulting in goals on both occasions
I would be quick to remind you that Oliver Kahn spilled a tame Rivaldo shot for Ronaldo to pounce on the rebound and i would also remind you of how Ronaldo stretched Kahn past his elastic-limit moments later!!Ma point is nobody walking this earth surface is perfect

If the Mannschaft lose at home for the next 20 years its not for Enlish fans to talk until their team can win what the Mannschaft have won in the past.
I couldn't care less i am not a Three Lions fan either
