These our fans need to focus on priorities abeg. Instead of wasting banners on UEFA and Jersey colours they should do banners that would help hasten Ribery's exit. I won't be suprised if Gnabry hands in a transfer request.
We are terrible comedians if we expect to compete with Ribery still playing 75mins of Champions league football in 2018
Too much has been made about the Ferrari 'advantage' which more or less was closed in Belgium. Essentially it ran from Germany to Monza.
It's unfortunate that poor strategy from Ferrari (Germany,Hungary) and then criminal errors from Seb in Italy and Germany has essentially cost him the title as it's clear even to the blind that the Mercs upgrades have now made them the undisputed fastest car on the grid
raumdeuter: De Ligt was a huge positive and we need to lock him down and let him remain at Ajax, I prefer him to the Pavard we are chasing upandan
The only saving grace of Kovac is that other teams are also struggling and no option dey market
Are we going to beg Juup for the 3rd time
I still say we wait it out a bit. Every big team in Europe is struggling apart from Juventus.
I have never understood the Pavard hype tbvh
I don't get how we get outplayed by Ajax and it really worries me. Mueller is getting worse and worse each game. I don't think any coach out there can perform any miracle with Robben and Ribery still holding us to ransom and that's the sad truth
raumdeuter: The rate which Kovac dey kiss the asss of Robben and Ribery is on a different level
He subbed out Robben and spent almost 30seconds explaining to him why, At a time we need at least 2 goals
I'm just tired. I don't think we as a club should seriously be considering anything European contention with those geriatrics who have overstayed their welcome. Let's see if Dortmund can help us hasten their exit by really pushing us for the league title because I don't even know what's going on anymore. Favre seems to have a plan
RuuDie: Dat una coach wen dey form fine boy, go soon start to wear nikka-burger wen hand touch am... nemesis of all those years of using small, poor bundesliga teams to shine n take gather coefficients is finally coming back to bite una
You be Warri boy? Anytime I see this word my mind dey always go straight to Warri
airmark: Chic2pimp, why did you desert this place? This place is worse than bayern thread. Atleast a40 would reply raumdeuter and their madness continues.
Chelseafan1: Did u see the goal Hazard scored tonight?
Him try. E remain make he start to dey perform for Champions League like other highly rated players
Don't you feel bad that Mo Salah came to England and in one season got to Balon D'or top 3 and won EPL Golden Boot ahead of strikers like Aguero and Harry Kane without taking penalties
Lool Neuer. No comment! this game na just freestyle. I'm not complaining about the draw. It makes the league interesting
Good to see our old boy Felix Goetze score for Augsburg. Lol not even tripping about this game. Soon as I heard Hames, Lewa and Thiago not playing I don comot mind
Roland17: Legit chance against Wilder? Not in my books.
Fury has been a disappointment and like you alluded, despite his size and height, he lacks the power in his punches but I must say he has some of the best foot-works for a boxer his size. Sometimes, I am not even sure if I am watching comic boxing when he attempts to entertain the crowd.
Truth be told, Wilder did not look comfortable when he boxed a fighter bigger than him in Ortiz consequently, I have my hesitations because he takes a lot of risks and Ortiz rocked some heavy jabs to his face that could have dropped him but he is younger, with good stamina and is relentless.
Lool boxing has seen bigger upsets. Me I no dey write person off before fight again oh.
Fury is a very cerebral fighter. He is very skilled at avoiding being hit but that was the old Fury not this one I don see lately
The Ortiz fight showed that Wilder can take a hit IMO though a younger fighter might have finished Wilder off. While Fury is bigger than Ortiz I still can't see beyond Fury's jab which would probably not be enough, cos based on past fights I don't know if Fury has enough KO power to stop Deontay. Fury would have to put up an absolute boxing clinic to steal the belt from Wilder
nihilistjnr: AJ should outbox Wilder easily. Maybe even KO him. Infact, I believe he should KO wilder.
What I've noticed is that AJ seems to have a pretty formidable chin.
Quite a few bombs don land on him dome, but he took it and smiled. Takam, Steelhammer, and Sasha this weekend have left some on him with littlw consequence.
I also saw his neck workout routine. He's clearly working on his ability to take punishment
Wilder still has that wild right and God in Heaven knows that I would love nothing more than for bumsquad to spark AJ out, but it looks to me like AJ has been working to counter that particular move ahead of schedule.
My hopes rest on that fat gyppo now. Maybe he's the one to finally punch the clock on that frauds time at the top.
AJ's regimen is gruelling. It's sometimes hard to watch honestly. I feel like these guys have such heavy blows it's almost irresponsible to question their chin
I like that AJ has improved his technical awareness and is a lot more well rounded now but I also think he wasn't explosive as his earlier fights. Maybe because now he has a lot more to lose but I miss the days he was always flat out the aggressor from Round 1
Wilder to me is dangerous because of his unpredictability but I think Fury could be fine if he avoids a slugfest. One thing this fight has shown again is that AJ has the most lethal fists in the division
Sneijder even balled more than this in 2010 and was robbed of the award. If that doesn't tell you these awards are a ponzi scheme I don't know what will
Ibime: FIFA should hand the award process back to France football magazine. They are clueless. Even Balon D'or awards of yesteryear had many dodgy awards but none as silly as this year.
Lol some of you are finally seeing the light. Thank God
Congratulations on your new born btw. Stumbled on that just now
raumdeuter: Any award that is not based on actual output e.g highest goal scorer is prone to politicking and favoritism. Like Osun it should be administered by INEC and declared inconclusive
What we have been telling them over 2 years ago. They are just seeing it now!
You people always carrying individual polling booth awards for head se o tan yin?
The heavyweight category in boxing is all about power and that is one of AJ's strength. Look no further than his 20 KO's in 21 fights to buttress this fact. Heavyweight boxers do not necessarily prioritize speed, rather, power, balance and controlled movement. He also looks well conditioned and that means he is able to carry his weight deep into fights while maintaining the power in his jabs.
Is he juicing? that is an argument to be made but if you watch Joshua's training regime you would see why it is easier on the eye because he puts the work in and the combination of cardio and weights provides that trim we are seeing.
AJ would look to finish this quick and in the instance, it goes deep, he has the conditioning and balance to get a favorable decision against 39-year-old Povetkin. AJ has the youth, power jabs/ haymakers, and conditioning to go the distance if necessary.
Any other result will be a huge upset.
AJ did look a bit gassed though. He was breathing via his mouth at a point.
Fury vs Wilder is set. Do you think Fury stands a legit chance? I saw Fury struggle with pizzaman Pianeta and I've always been a bit underwhelmed with his sheer lack of KO power for a guy his size. And it's likely he would need a KO to take the belt off Deontay
nihilistjnr: Mehn I ready to bet 2k pounds with am. How's the man going to say Manyoo gone finish outside top 10. infact I np suppose call am bet- na investment
Joshua is a whopping 2 stone heavier and he looks ripped as fück. My spidersense is tingling - that guy must be on the juice.
Have you seen his workout routine? Man does some heavy cardio sessions and eats only around 8k Calories a day reportedly....yet he's putting on more and more muscle everytime we see him.
hey need to investigate that guy.
I hope that povetkin can use the weight deficit to his advantage and tire Joshua out before sending him back to sagamu with an uppercut. However I suspect that AJ takes this one again - that weight advantage is ridiculous. If Povetkin allows one or two Haymakers to land with the weight of 17 stone behind the gloves, it could be early lights out.
Wey them roland17 a40 and airmark?
Na who dem catch be thief.
I don't know if there's any boxer with heavier KO power than AJ in the division. I'm still suprised he was unable to floor Parker but I honestly think he needs to change his fighting style. He was incredibly slow off the blocks and would not get away with this against a Deontay. I have also noticed he struggles with shorter dudes so this is where I feel he won't be at a disadvantage against Fury or Wilder. Povetkin dropped some bombs yo
raumdeuter: A team still needs experience and stability, playing 6 20yr olds in your starting eleven is a recipe for disaster
DO you see Leipzig making it from their group because I dont see them
Kai Harvetz is talented and touted to be a playmaker like Ozil, lets see how he does with Leverkusen since he has finished High school and can focus on football not taking time off to write exams
Their Europa League campaign played a big role in them not finishing in the top four. Truth be told RB Leipzig are way ahead of schedule and are probably due a few struggle seasons. It might be in their best interest to not advance in the Europa League this season
raumdeuter: Will they make it to Europe next season with the way results are going
All these small kids they loaded the team with. I think they are overdoing this young player project
Their Full back 4 today was Laimer 21yrs, and Mukuele 20yrs. Then 2 CBs that are 19. How can your central pairing be 2 19yr olds? Upamecano is 19, Konate is 19. in attack Cunha is 19yrs, Augustin is 21
Thats like 6 players who are around 20yrs of age
They can make Europe methinks. Their project is understandable due to their FFP restrictions.
What I don't understand is why they benched both Forsberg and Werner. To be fair I dey follow RB Salzburg and they are no joke! Last season they almost got to the Finals of the Europa League
If you ask me I'd suggest they focus on the league and free Iropa League for the likes of Chelsea and Arsenal
By the way I hope Bayern is looking at Kai Havertz with side eye. That kid is the future
