A40 who are the AMs you rate ahead of Lampard in 2003-2013 and why?
Andres Iniesta. Productive does not make you best. Jay Z has the highest Number 1 albums but I doubt most rap purists have him as the #1 rapper.

Man U fan should not be questioning Iniesta. His greatness encompasses Spain and Barca. Of course there were years he won awards he didn't deserve but if you watch Euro 08, 2012 and the CL Finals against you lot, you would understand why he is better than Lampard and why it took ninjas like Ballack without the gaudiest of stats to help Lampard smell a CL Final. Which brings me to the next ninja

Michael Ballack. How unlucky can one human being get. Its not just that he helped his teams to multiple Finals for club and country. Its the lack of talent he had to work with to get that far. Ibime seems fixated on club records so let me fixate on country where Ballack with 8 fewer caps scored 13 more goals. Bear in mind over 30% of Lampard's goals as usual came from the spot

Leading his team to CL, Euro and World Cup Finals. Is it beans?

Make I smoke some Tical bring up some more

The top AMs stay in AM position.

Ballack went from top rated European AM to playing Didier Deschamps (water carrier) role behind Lampard, even though he did it very well, na still water carrier behind the main AM.
This is megedefegede.

Ballack is a versatile bad man who dropped back so stats hog Lampard can take the glory. Nothing wrong with that. Ballack dragged the likes of Jens Nowotny, Carsten Ramelow and co. to World cup and CL Finals. What does he have to prove to a Lampard who was struggling to get past Skrtel and co at almost 30. Never mind at country level.

Ballack merely had the unique misfortune of not being born 5 years later to play with a more talented German side otherwise who born Lampard?

My friend sharrap.

The Deco you mentioned came to London to carry Lampards bags. Prior best European AM Michael Ballack also came to London to fetch water for him. Any AM you name including Sneijder would come to carry water for Lampard because none of em can put together the below, year after year, season after season.

Put respek on the name, simples.
Drogba must also be better than Shevchenko going by your apoche cra cra logic

Deco was past it when you bought him. He had already won everything to be won in elite Europe at his peak. Ballack was a key member of that Chelsea squad so only you know where you cooked up that megedefegede. It was thanks to the addition of midfielders like Ballack that Lampard with his 1,000,000,000 goals finally got to taste a CL Final

Lampard was a great player no doubt (Bayern were shyte that year btw) but when someone comes to tell us he was an elite AM in 2002 and even 2003 when Chelsea were still getting sonned by Viking of Norway then kasala go burst. As bad as he was he still did next to nothing at country level. High premium should also be placed on International footie. Life does not begin and end in the EPL

A player who takes 50sumn penalties at his club already puts other niggas at a disadvantage. I brought a stat and I noticed you been pim about am. How come Lampard even with his shitload of penalties cannot outscore Kaka who played fewer games in elite Europe

Lmao. This your Mr Ibu analysis ehn. What did Schillaci and Lineker achieve for club? Did they drive their clubs to trebles like Sneijder?

My point is stop telling us about one season wonders and ephemeral successes of come-and-go players. That is why we mentioned the word decade.
You no get point. Stop comparing Dahlin's feats to Sneijder's its a very poor example

We are not saying Lampard was not a great in his own right. We are saying he was not the best and was not an elite AM for over a decade, not even close. And even in his adjudged prime there were AM's that went above and beyond his contributions especially at elite level. For club never mind country

Abeg talk better thing. Infact we should hail James Rodriguez more because he only needed to get to Quarter final to cop the golden boot.

Why not tell us how Ratchenko or Martin Dahlin killed 1994 World Cup since you ignore year round, season after season performance and focus only on one month of football in the summer.

My friend close your mouth. James Rodriguez did the same thing. Should we dobale for him?

Sneijder is only known for one season. Before that, Lyon used to knock him out every 2nd round. After that, what he does in Ankara or Istanbul does not consign us.

That same season sef, Lampard collected 27 goals and 20 assists. Leave matter.

And if Deco top assist chart in UCL, how does that consign Lampard? Is it not the same Deco that came to Stamford Bridge to carry his bags for him? What if Deco made 6 assists, and zero goals but Lampard made 4 assists and 5 goals? Should we go solely off assists chart because A40 said so? Did FIFA look at assist chart alone and vote Deco 2nd best WPOTY behind Ronaldinho?
Did the same what? You mean James dragged Colombia to a WC Final and won a treble in the same year abi what is the meaning of this dangbana comparison?

I don't know when you would stop bombarding us with zobo. Where did you see Sneijder taking on Lyon while at Madrid? He spent just two seasons with them and they lost to Roma and Liverpool (Sneijder missed both legs vs Roma) I don't know when lies are going to finish from that your mouth. What can be worse than getting knocked out by goddamn Viking?

Where were his goals and assists when Sneijder was Tom Bradying his team to a treble and a CL Final

Deco was European player of the Year and Midfielder of the Year. MOTM in a CL Final, Shey we should discard UEFA and follow Ibime's opinion? Ominiknowest

What Deco did at Chelsea is none of my concern. He had won two CL's and won the individual accolades you lot collectively fap about

What team award did Lampard win in his prime that Sneijder didn't?

Sneijder topped a CL assist chart

Was a joint top scorer at a WC, Golden Ball runner up, Treble winner

Lampard never achieved any of that in his century of dominance

Take away the 50 penalties and see if anyone comes close.

We are talking of a nigga with 273 club career goals, something elite strikers will kill for.

If a striker scores 20 goals a season, it will take him almost 14 seasons to achieve that.

Assists is 184. It would take an elite midfielder 12 years of 15 assists per season to get close to that.

Put some respek on the name please.
Ibime:
His peak started in 03/04 so add another year.

It is safe to say that if you took a decade of his career and looked at the top producing AMs season by season, he will be no1 more than 50% of the time, while no one else will make it more than once.

In my language, that's what we call "Head and Shoulders above the competition".
Ol boy leave that story. What Lampard had in his favour is longevity. Props for that

But a Kaka for example with almost 20 fewer appearances in the CL has scored 7 more goals. From open play

If we start involving Games played and goalscoring/assists ratio you might have to sempe oh so just cool down

You said over a decade. That was your first error. 02-11 is not a decade never mind over a decade.

Secondly Lampard did not become an elite AM till 03/04 or probably 04/05. Lmao 2002? Maybe you are talking about EPL sha because he was still a non entity in Europe at that time

Thirdly we had midfielders in that timeframe who significantly outshone Lampard in multiple seasons

Rodwell is the only one of those players that wasn't playing in Europe, but that's only because he never played. All these guys played league, 2 cups and European games with no winter break unlike their counterparts in Germany who have fewer league games, and only 1 domestic cup, with a full month of break in between. Starting tommorow Bundelisga teams wont play again till end of January. Meanwhile EPL teams have 6 fixtures in that time frame...plus 1 FA Cup fixture. A club like Liverpool still has to play Carling Cup fixtures on top of that.

Then theres European fixtures. So please don't talk to me about Heavier Loads unless you have a situation in Germany where one team is playing 2 league games less than 72 hours apart.
When you say play in Europe I begin to wonder. How many seasons did Barkley, King play in Europe? Welbeck, Wilshere, Ox are not even regular starters either and their combined impact has been negligible

When I say load, bear in mind I am not just talking minutes I am talking anticipated production. Draxler as at 2012/2013 was helping his team top a CL group containing Arsenal. That is ability Barkley, Ox, Wilshere, Rodwell cannot reach even if EPL played just 10 matches

Nihilist:
Rodwell has never completed a season of football in his entire career due to injury yet has managed to show enough promise to command over 30 million pounds in transfer fees. Shebi he has to play to show the quality? Dude has managed only 16 league starts in 2 years due to injury. It makes no sense to call a player who's never fit to play an average joe.
Are you Papi Luwe in disguise? Hello! We are talking of a league where a team saw it fit to pay £30m for Yannick Goddamn Bolasie. Rodwell will not cost €10m in any other prudent league

Bia. What is Rodwell particularly good at? A player can be injury prone yet we still see flashes and say "if not for injuries". How does any of this apply to Rodwell?

Ohh and he is 25 btw.

Nihilist:
Barkley is a dullard no doubt, but Draxler would probably have died if he had to play in England from an early age. Draxler has only managed a maximum of 2150 league minutes in a season. Barkley played a whopping 1000 more league minutes last season and without a 30 day winter break.
This is myth and urban legend. These are trained, professional footballers not civilians like you and myself

Secondly Draxler has a track record of serious injuries as well. Which would obviously dent his apps
