What method of funding did you use?They look good to me anyways.I had a friend years back who got me interested in them.Moreover getting 3 different brokers isn't bad.One thing that brought about MM etc was that brokers were witch hunting you.I don't think there's truth in it.
I had no problem with insta except delayed withdrawals like 2 business days,recent liberty wahala.Their spreads were okay,fast execution,big leverage sweet if you know what you are doing.

Liteforex seem more renovative and cool.

i currently use liteforex, and am yet to have a complain with them, funding and withdrawal doesnt take more then 2/3hours (so far) and i use local funding

but cant they just conclude the whole interviews and medicals at once so we will knw we are only waiting for TS? at least it would be economical for those of us who travel

i want to ask, does cooking it reduce the nutrients?

althou we do add it raw(grated) to our tea.

but wen cooking, we add it to the food when its still boiling.
