There is an article on this thread that could help improve ur punctuation and grammar. Can't remember the exact page, maybe someone else could help point u to the exact page.

Aside that, study their sample transcripts (very important) so u'll have an idea as to the quality of transcripts they expect from u.

"I have read the FAQ"- To make significant money on QA, reading the FAQ just once does not cut it. When I started initially, I always had a tab opened with the FAQ so I can refer to it ASAP. Some peeps here even printed it out so they can refer to it easily when they are working on a call.

Wot are the ratings u are getting, wot do the rating notes say?

Thank you, I will look for the punctuation article and read up. On the FAQs I keep it open on a tab too, continue to consult it but I still end up with 1s and 2s.

Let me giver you examples of the rating notes:
"Among others, several error in punctuations, sentence structure, error in capitalizations, missing content"

In this case above I reviewed the passing transcript and and didn't see the contents I missed.

Another example:
"SFX lifestyle Vs SFX Lifestyle, errors in punctuation, grammar, capitalization, sentence structure, segmentation. Did not use ellipsis as needed"

I really need help, more pointers would be welcome.

Off to look for the punctuation article

happy new year guys,

please, the gurus in the house, your newborn needs help. I have been having consistent low ratings. how do I turn this around?
I have been read the FAQs. I think i am improving but ratings are telling me otherwise. even when I review the accepted transcripts I don't still get it.

I seriously need help.

Hi guys,
I am new to this thread, and I find it very interesting, I want to sign up as soon as possible, but I have a question.
Can I open the PayPal account for now without linking the UBA card, and be accumulating the funds till I am able to go to the bank? Which will likely be January?

Or should I just wait till January to sign up

I hope you guys know that when we talk about bdcs we do not mean the average mallams and nwa boys hanging around the street asking if u want to buy or sell dollars.

Those are not BDC.

Please let's get our facts right.

They are simply hawkers of dollars. they even buy from the Real BDCs

to me, calling families together telling them the amount u intend to use won't be nice, it may end up in conflict btw both families. U can inform tell of ur plans and what u need in place and not the amount u intend to use. U can get a trusted member of ur family or his to help u run around, all u need do is to provide money wen needed and u need to try as much as possible to know how it goes each day. My friend that wedded last nov, it was her close frnd that helped her with most things. Just don't involve a greedy person(s). All the best dear.

Thanks I totally see your point. I was just looking for an easy way out.
I guess I have my work cut out for me
Romance / Re: When Your Girlfriend Leaves The Dirty Plates For You To Wash After Eating by Aafulenu(f): 7:57am On Jan 24, 2016
Can I ask u guys a question? If the guy goes to the girls house when he finishes eating does he wash his plates?

If he doesn't was his plates when he is over at her place (which am sure he doesnt) y should she turn to dishwasher for him?

To me this is a non-issue if he feels it's a issue it's simple he just tells her abt it. And am sure she will start doing it.

My marriage ceremony is in June, and am yet to start planning, the only thing Ave done is schedule my leave for June.

Please when is the right time to start the planning and whatnot.

Honestly I don't even have a clue on what to do.

So I suggested to hubby_to_be that in April we call the families together give them the amount we intend to use, let them plan the thing demselves so that the only thing we will think about is just what we will wear.

What do u guys think.
Career / Re: Am About To Resign Because Of My Boss Wickedness, harrassments And Embarassments! by Aafulenu(f): 3:34am On Jan 18, 2016
@OP,

Resignation is not the answer, since you have been working in a bank before you should know that bsm' and mangers are not glued to their branches. job function changes, branch also change. So let patience be ur middle name.

And another thing I know is when u were posted to ur so called fto desk, there must also have been a clause that said "and any other duty assigned to you by your supervisors" so take the other jobs and do them well with a smile on your face. And try to ignore the hustle environment.

Then stop looking at contract staff as beneath you nor their job functions beneath you. most of them know the job far better than you do, so swallow that silly pride of yours and learn from them.

Know that you will one day be in charge, and no body likes a half baked supervisor. So swallow your pride do the ATMs, do the cash jobs, do everything. knowledge of all these things will shape you into the supervisor that will be well rounded.
#speaking from experience.

You can get ut internet banking id without going to the bank.

Just click on register and choose the option of registering with ur debit card.

Type in ur 16digits card number and ur account number. Then ur internet banking id would be sent immediately to ur registered phone number.
