It appears that japhet04 has disappeared into thin air by virtue of deactivating his/her account which to me is an admission of guilt. I've had my doubt all along since the two account posted their account numbers on the post. Japhet04 posted at 2:20pm and TissuePaper posted at 2:27pm, no other winner posted their account details in between. Secondly, when I got the account details in my email from the supposed japhet04 [timing were awfully close (about 5 mins apart), no other emails in-between.

I felt those might be circumstantial so I dug deeper. I saw many posts linking both accounts to same person. I waited for the either of the accounts to come and defend the allegations flying around, but it never happened.

Hence the 2 slots previously allocated to [b]japhet04 and TissuePaper are hereby withdrawn. Ideally the next 2 on the Standby list are aalafin and tywo42, however aalafin does not satisfy any of the requirements. Therefore, the 2 slots are now allocated to tywo42 and Depressedlad.
