Where I'm based right from time if a notorious criminal that keeps escaping justice after being charged to court severally get caught the police will shoot him and parade his dead body for people to come an watch, and majority are cool with it in fact you hear stuff like "he just robbed me last week" "he raped someone I know" "him cup don full". That's Nigeria for you get used to it....
