Victory Estate has a federal light, school road axis has federal light, 45% of Elelenwo town have high power supply with all parts metered with prepaid meters, 25% of other parts have relatively steady power supply with also prepaid meters while the remaining parts which is less than 30% are the area suffering from poor power supply even when some of the areas also have prepaid meters, the only area without prepaid meters is the immediate area of the so called Hon.
