Religion / Re: I Was Prevented From Receiving Holy Communion In Anglican Church Over Card by AbaNgele: 3:09pm On Mar 04, 2018
sunnysunny69:
Catholic church will not give you unless you have a communion card, but outside Nigeria Europe for example, holy communion is like pure water, wherever mass is celebrated, anyone can join the line and have it, only we Africans turn things on our heads.

EDIT.
Some catholic churches but not all.

Catholic churches that do that are stations and yet to be dedicated Chaplaincies.

Reason, the count people who will take communion before blessing it by distributing those card. Leftover communions can't be carried around like that since the church is not yet dedicated, and shortage is not good. At times you see the priest dividing the communion for it to be able to reach everybody.

Suplexx:

Abia has one of the least number of registered voters. It is number 25 on the list of highest registered voters. It has 1.3 registered voters. Only higher than Bayelsa, Ekiti, Abuja, Yobe, Taraba, Nasarawa, Kwara, Kogi, Gombe, Ebonyi and Cross Rivers. The number of voters in each state almost mirrored the states population table. So the census are even kind of correct.

Every census from time, even before 1960 have always had it that the North is more populated.

Just look at every census from beginning.

The question is how did Abia have 1.1 million votes in 2011? Are they saying everyone who registered in 2011 voted? Had had almost 100% turnout where states in North and South West were having 30-40% turn out.

When card reader was used, the percentage turnout of voters from SE and SS aligned with the rest of the country.

low turnout was observed in Abia not because of any card reader issue but because of IPOB directives.

lol, i have many stories to tell sha.

in my brothers house, he's neighbor's son will always wake up around 2 to 3 in the night and start demanding for tea. the fact is that everybody in the lodge will hear him.

my cousin sisters 3 years old baby girl, when she does something wrong, for the fear o being spanked or if she's scolded she'll cry then apologize. after you've accepted the apology, she start a fresh cry then demand an apology from you too. when you apologize, she'll end her cry.

the same girl due to i normally throw her up and she enjoys it, every time she sees me, she shouts UP. one day, my cousin sister told her to throw away a dirt, she refused due to she was watching zeeworld, i then told her that if she didn't go i won't carry her up again. she then rushed and threw away the dirt.

Hello people.

I use a Techno Camon 9 Phone but presently I am unable to use this phone in the USA. I got the mobile phone from Nigeria where it worked perfectly with my cellular lines.

The SIM CARD networks (MTN & GLO) where expected to roam here either to T-MOBILE or AT & T, unfortunately it didnt roam to any of these lines. I tried using other cellular

network SIM CARDS on the mobile, but the issue still persist even when I tried manually searching for network, it says NO NETWORK AVAILABLE (as shown in attached).

The phone doesnt have a GSM network, all I can find is 2G to 4G.

Kindly assist to help on any possible way I can unlock or resolve this issue. My wife also encounters the same issue with her Techno Phone W5.

Kindly help out my good people! I can be reached on my mail juwanno1@gmail.com.

But my sister is using her Tecno W3 in the U. S. she travelled with it to U. S. this year and it's working perfectly fine.

In this context, leave the fulani people, their land and their source of income (livestock) alone if you don't want trouble. I was in kwara state some days ago. Where I lodged was a jungle and the fulani's bring their cows there to graze everyday. They were the bestest of friend I've met in a while. We talk, we eat , I even help them fetch water for their cows irrespective of tribe, religion and background. One of them even offered me one of his hot sister for a one night stand. I enjoyed myself like a king.

Politics / Re: Road Construction In The South-East Financed By Sukuk (Photo) by AbaNgele: 12:02am On Nov 25, 2017
sarrki:
PRESIDENT BUHARI AND HIS ISLAMIZATION OF SOUTHERN (ESPECIALLY S.E) NIGERIA

On getting to Benin bypass on our way to Enugu from Lagos yesterday, I noticed that the bad spot there has not been repaired so we followed a diversion that got us to Benin Auchi expressway and back to the bypass. Before we got back to bypass, I saw a big signage beside the road and on it was written Sukuk. I knew I had had that word but I couldn’t remember again what it meant. Anyway, the safety of my lovely babes in the and as well as myself was more important than thinking what Sukuk meant thus I concentrated on my driving and never continued the soliloquy.

Shortly after Nkpor, I saw that contractors were fully on ground “burying” money on the ground to make the roads user friendly. Well, praising PMB by me was no longer news to my wife so no need to sing a new praise. But when we entered our beloved Enugu State, a section of the road, I think from Umumba or even before to 9th Miles had been fully tarred. My joy new no bound as I was driving on the bad side and was “doing Christmas” for my eyes watching the other side of the road. About five or ten minutes after the reconstruction point started, I saw another big signage, it was written Sukuk. And after every few kilometers, you will see Sukuk. That was when I remembered it was the “Islamic Bond” all lovers of development supported but not the ANTI-Christ Christians. I remembered how CAN would have stopped us from benefitting from the proceeds from Sukuk Bond as they ignorantly or deceitfully fought against FG issuing the Bond. PMB, our Leader, our Dad, and our Friend thank you. May Allah abundantly bless you. I am a convinced Christian, a practicing Catholic and I am FULLY in support of this Bond. If this is what islamization is all about, Leader, please continue. You think out of the box. Even when we are broke, your Team thought of this wonderful option and now we are seeing the result. Please don’t mind our intolerant brothers-CAN and others. They are ignorant or mischievous. And the Investors in Sukuk Bond, make God bless una! Ndi Igbo will never forget una, for borrowing FG money to reconstruct our roads.

Chukwuemeka Ojielo

Propaganda, so you stopped a moving vehicle, crossed over the road, then snapped? Ewu, even the above mentioned road is not among the roads listed in the Southeast to be constructed using the Islamic bond.

The minister of works also said no money have been released from the bond. Liar.
Religion / Re: Paying Your Tithe Is Biblical by AbaNgele: 9:19am On Nov 24, 2017
hardasan:
I just refuse to keep quiet while Christians are brainwashed by anybody.

I want to quote Malachi Ch 3 v 7 - 12 while highlighting verse 10

Malachi 3:7-12King James Version (KJV)

7 Even from the days of your fathers ye are gone away from mine ordinances, and have not kept them. Return unto me, and I will return unto you, saith the Lord of hosts. But ye said, Wherein shall we return?

8 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say, Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings.

9 Ye are cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, even this whole nation.

10 Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

11 And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.

12 And all nations shall call you blessed: for ye shall be a delightsome land, saith the Lord of hosts.

Here the bible plainly said in verse 8: " Yet ye have robbed me, But ye say where in. Have we robbed thee? "
The bible answered : "In tithes and offerings"

Verse 9 says: Ye are cursed for ye have robbed me. It didn't say ye are cursed for not eating your tithe or ye are cursed for paying to a pastor and not into heaven's bank account directly from the earth.

Verse 10 gives a direct instruction: Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse. It didn't say eat ye all the tithes in front of the storehouse or give ye all the tithes to the poor and widows.
In the biblical days, payments could be by precious stones or commodities. That's why trade by barter markets existed in the days of my grandparents before currencies became the order of the day. Now, 99.9% of people earn currencies not livestock or commodities, so it's normal that we pay tithe in cash.

Verse 11 is a promise by God to bless anyone who obeys this instruction of tithing

John ch 12 talks about Jesus being anointed for his burial with a very expensive ointment, Judas asked why the costly ointment wasn't sold and given to the poor instead of " wasting it"
Jesus said in verse 8: For the poor always ye have with you ; but me ye have not always

Matthew ch 10 vs 40 - 41, Jesus promised to. Reward those who are kind or who gives as little as a cup of cold water to his servants

Ever wondered why Jesus picked out the widow in Mark ch 12 vs 42 for giving her all since he doesn't care about our offering ?

Or why the Holy Ghost killed Ananias and Sapphira for keeping part of the money gotten from the sales of their own land in Acts ch 5 vs 1 - 11 if God doesn't care about our tithes and offerings.

Take heed that no wolf in sheep's clothing deceives you. God commanded tithing and offerings. If you want to pay yours when you get to heaven, that's your business, but don't go about stumbling people Christ died for cus it will be better for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for you.

(Modification)
Please try to read through the thread, a lot of questions have been answered which are not mentioned in this initial post.
God bless the contributors and the sincere readers

They early Christians paid no tithe, Christ himself did not collect tithe. Tithe is under Mosiac law, and christians have no business with. Free will giving replaced tithes. Thanks.
