As we all know, Lagos, a former capital of Nigeria is a very densely populated State bounded by Ogun state in the north and east, the Republic of Benin in the West and the Atlantic ocean in the south. Having one of the busiest ports in the continent, the presence of so many multibillion naira companies ranging from the oil/gas companies to construction and manufacturing companies, the presence of five star hotels and a good transportation network makes lagos the economic nerve centre of Nigeria.

Lagos state can be divided into five administrative regions; IBILE (Ikorodu, Badagry, Ikeja, Lagos and Epe division) and 20 local governments area; Alimosho (largest), Amuwo-Odofin, Ajeromi Ifelodun, Apapa, Agege, Badagry, Epe, Surulere, Mushin, Oshodi-Isolo, Ikorodu, Somolu, Kosofe, Eti Osa, Ikeja, Ifako-Ijaiye, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos Island, Lagos Mainland and Ojo. In order not to drift away from what's really needed, I'll try to be very brief and precise.

Of all the aforementioned local government areas, Epe is one place I wouldn't want a PCM to go, EPE is so dry and i wonder why it wasn't carved into ogun state, the main occupation in this region are farming, petty trading and fishing due to its proximity to water bodies, power supply is not epileptic but ZERO. Most hinterlands in Lagos are in EPE, from ketu-ejinrin, ilara, ibonwon, odo-iragushi, igboye, mojoda etc, the positives that can be drawn from this particular place is the very low cost of living, the availability of the best garri u can ever taste and a very quiet and serene environment. I schooled in this place for 6yrs (boarding school tho) and it's where I hail from so i know what I'm saying. Ibeju lekki is a closer local government to Epe, better but still developing

Lagos Island and eti osa local government, aside from being surrounded by water, are the exact opposite of Epe. These areas house headquarters of top banks in the country, chevron, Arab contractors and so many many construction companies, 5 star hotels, expensive clubs, beaches. Plenty plenty enjoyments and beautiful memories awaits you if you have real money to spend as everything here is very expensive and on the high side, this is where you find most celebrities living and the high and the mighty of our society. The positives; get posted to one of this firms and work as hard as u can (yes hardwork still pays) and u can be retained by this mega companies.

Ikeja being the capital is a very expensive place to live in also, mega hotels like sheraton and so many clubs, trust me,this place is Igbaladun too if you have your money (remember ur 19,800 is nt money) as a CM, I'd love to be posted here cos everywhere is just so full of government parastatals, from courts, police stations, army barracks to secretariats (who doesn't like govt job) and also ikeja houses the ever mighty computer village (every electonics, phones and other gadgets can be fixed here, they want to fix u sef if it were possible)

Places like Oshodi-Isolo, Somolu, Agege, Ifako ijaiye, Ojo, Amuwo odofin(Lagos owners, they claim) kosofe, Mushin, ajeromi ifelodun, Surulere (another mini ikeja), Ikorodu (developing with godspeed), Alimosho are just there, moderately expensive and so much fun are there too. Badagry is not too far from Epe in terms of livelihood but it's closer to the border, foods are cheap here too. Apapa is also a good place to be and it's a place where manual labour thrives, there is money in apapa if u r strong enough to work.

I can't really say much about the business part but I know everything sells in lagos, interpersonal relationships and hardwork is key to living well in lagos.

NB: if u find urself walking the streets of mushin and oshodi, don't just trust the man beside u....even as a MUSHIN boy, somebody shook my hands in oshodi and said up man u, before i know it, my galaxy s5 was gone......owo oniru, owo oniyo.

Dear Sent4rina,
The only love of my life, with great remorse, I am writing u this letter. It is very obvious from ur reactions after your return to GC that you have been fed some untrue stories especially with regards to I and Eddykisses1.
Dear, u also have ur share in the blame. You never told me that you would b traveling 4 so long. I woke up from bed and saw that you were nowhere to b found. I went round d Golden City, consulted your friends and visited the police station in search for u but all was to no avail. Your phone was always unreachable. Iambibi, our neighbor is my witness.
Rumours went round d GC dat u had eloped with a young girl. I didn't want to believe such rumours. I wept bitterly and couldn't eat for days and almost lost my pregnancy as a result. Thanks to Fraiser, ur friend who took me to the hospital for treatment.
Sweetheart, I never eloped with Eddykisses1. He is my childhood friend with whom I schooled. Our parents are friends. We lost contact after our secondary school but happened to meet one afternoon at the hospital when I went for my antenatal during ur absence. We exchanged contact and then departed.
Few days later, our house was burgled. The thieves stole ur N500,000 which u hid under d rug. I was severely tortured by the thieves and as a result almost lost my pregnancy again. Thanks to our neighbor, Iambibi, who rushed me to the hospital 4 treatment.
Eddykisses1 heard about this and showed up @ d hospital. He felt pity for me. He knew of ur absence and asked me if I would like to move to his family house so that I will b properly taken care of by his mother. I said yes and moved to the Eddy's because I was so scared of living alone in our house especially due to the incident that had just happened. Sweetheart, you know how much I love and cherish u. Nothing went on between I and Eddy. I know I shouldn't have moved in with him, but the fear of those thieves coming back 2 house kept haunting me.
Let me use this avenue to report Fraiser to you. During ur absence, he beckoned me to marry him several times. He promised to take good care of me. He told me to elope with him. But because I love u so much, I said no to him. I had faith dat u would return to me. Ever since then, Fraiser has been tainting me around the golden city. Same thing applies to sirguy, brimme, abbeyunique, kbs468, jayloms, Abb1 and co. Even Fraih betrayed me. They have been saying all sort of negative things about me.
My heart, remember the good times we have relished 2geda, how much you said you love me, how much you promised to be there for me. Please find a place in your heart to forgive me and accept me back as ur wife. I promise never to live home without ur consent.

Well I have said it before and will reiterate, the Federal govt should scrap this poo, NYSC staff can be scattered across other govt parastatals... But no they won't do it!

I don't know whether it's just the human nature but sometimes I feel as though the govt enjoys seeing its citizens suffer... No! Maybe they just don't care. All the same people are suffering.

People need jobs, not some unnecessary, irrelevant, wasteful sojourn!!!
