If it was just the overload that shutdown it down, everything including the charge controller should turn on when you remove the loads.

Shld i say overload or plugging something too heavy into the system


But the issue now is I disconnected the battery and other wire connected to the battery nd took the inverter for repair

After repairing
I connected all the wires back to the battery
But my charge controller didn't ON only inverter working

The only person I blame for all these Negative stories every now and then is the moderator Lawyer (who in my opinion does nothing) and by extension Seun.

Well, Seun has released a statement, I hope he does what's needed in property section.

Lawyer - no offence taken, but I've never seen a post where you try to stop these things happening or where the post of a suspected fraudstar is taken down.

On many occasions, I've put out a tutorial and it keeps getting blocked by the BOT (a simple tutorial) - in other forums, the mod notice the wrong blocking and make the post life... But never in property, it sometimes discourages one putting a post forward.... Yet in same forum you see a lot of 'suspected fraudstar' having a good day....

Few years ago I negotiated price for the installation of aluminium window in a project in Kajola, I was surprised with the quality of frame that they used for me. Unfortunately I had to start afresh.

During lintel I provided 12mm rod and allowed the so called engineer to continue with his work. After lintel, I was lucky to be there when they wanted to put additional blocks after the lintel.

Immediately they put blocks on the lintel, everything collapsed and threw the mason on the floor. After medical attention, we checked and behold no iron rod was used for the lintel. That was how we brought down the entire lintel not so surprising, they stole the iron rod and did my lintel without iron because I was not there and I had no one to supervise them.


With my two projects ongoing in the East,I only negotiate labour with them and buy my materials. It is better I spend more money and get quality than to give the so called artisans money to buy materials for me.

As always they will condemn what I bought but I will always tell them to use it or they should go.

I learned in a hard way and I can't trust them again with buying of materials for me.

If you bought the iron rod yourself sir it doesn't mean the engineer won't still act the way he acted.

No one is saying sourcing materials yourself is bad it's only bad when you cant identify the difference in those materials

It's fine for you to have an idea of the cost price in the market

But the best option in MY OWN OPINION O is still allowing your engineer source the materials not just anyhow engineer and above all SUPERVISOR as well

Am sure you can't enter ladipo to purchase a car spare spart simply because u don't want ur engineer to scam you knowing fully well you can't identify the original from the fake

I am not an aluminum person o but let him break down what he will use to make each window.

Go to market ahead and do a preliminary study of costs of materials.

Measure each window together with him and do the recordings. Some up all that would be needed.
Go to market and buy them yourself. Give them to him to use while you monitor it. Just build in like 7% waste into the aluminum material. Waste in other materials may not the up to that or could above that. Max 10% across board.

You see those artisans, they are ev.il.
They pad anything padable.

You would be surprised it will take you half of what he quoted.

Sincerely all this stress no worth am unless na very big project and you know how to identify the product correctly....you might think you are saving until the fabricator tells you na OFEGE you buy

I served you well and even recommended that you buy small scale from within your area since the supply wasn't much...the said person here as said all sorts of things against me even when I told him to expect his 35k balance immediately I get refund from the trucker who tyre got bursted.
He promised to ruin my reputation and that the money isn't important to him...
So if he thinks he can determine the fate of my business, I leave it to him or if he gets the 35k now...will he take back or delete all his attack on my business?

Sincerely if you had done the right thing at the right time,him trying to give your bussiness a bad reputation would have been the opposite

I then suggested escrow with wese90 which he declined because he doesn't like him. I didn't see any issue with that. We then used Chelseamann as our escrow. Som497 chatted me up this morning he was at the park and driver asked for 6500, which I told him to bargain. He chatted me up a few mins later to tell me driver agreed on 5500. I sent 5700 for pos charges. Long story short, som497 removed both me n Chelseamann from the group and has stopped responding to my chats. BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER SOM497. Here's his number +234 703 722 1918. The account money was transferred to 8060598087

So I finally Gave Mr Caleb( CDG1) an opportunity to serve me even thou no one here vouch or said anything negative about him, so I made a deposit for a 30tonnes of sharp sand yesterday

In all sincerity he delivered completely today
