It the appointment of Jega as Efcc Chairman is true, then I now believe that Buhari is a complete dunce and may continue to goof throughout his tenure. EFCC Chairman is never suppose to be a political appointment, rather for the professionals only. Jega a professor is not trained to investigate crimes, how come he is appointed Efcc Chairman. A square peg in a round hole indeed. Someone should plse tell Buhari to seek advice in order not to be goofing everytime. This is a big shame if it is true.
