Let us face fact on this matter and lay it to rest
as quickly as possible.
APC as a party is a coalition (call it
amalgamation if you like) of different political
groups, that is ACN, CPC, ANPP, APGA and
"NewPDP".
I think the problem is that Tinubu and those on
his side are failing to recognize this fact.
The ANPP block took the party chairman, CPC
took president and Vice President went to ACN.
The members of NewPDP felt that it is natural
that the Senate presidency should come to them
and that is why they did everything within their
reach to get the position of the senate president.
Mr. President is taking cognizant of this simple
gentleman agreement that is why he's not
reacting as some people expected.
I have heard some people saying that Tinubu toil
with his resources to build APC, the question that
came to mind on this is why did he not use the
resources for AC and ACN? The truth of the
matter is that every component in the coalition
complement each other, all of them stake
something in the project and they all should
benefit even APGA that is the smallest in the
group. Yes, Tinubu was mobilizing support for
APC in the southwest the same way Amaechi put
Rivers state on autopilot and concentrated on
driving members of APC across the country (he
personally drove the SUV that brought the
defected governors of PDP to Obasanjo's house in
Abeokuta and also drove El-Rufai to court in
Kaduna). Rochas Okorocha of APGA faced
possible rejection from his Igbo brothers, he
sacrificed that for APC.
It will be wrong and unfair to say others should
just go to sleep why Tinubu/ACN wing of APC
dictate what they get "bawo ni obo se se ori ti
inaki kose"?
Tinubu should just understand what belong to
everybody can not belong to somebody. If Tinubu
is not please with the turn of event he can go
back to his ACN where he will be the alpha and
Omega.
APC belong to everybody and not to somebody.
As a matter of fact what happened at the
National Assembly is one of the changes we
voted for.

It was a poorly scripted drama as far as I am concerned.
There is no where in the world a security agency sets out to arrest somebody and allows d culprit to sit in his toilet for 6 good days while they are in the sitting room probably enjoying his cognac and champagne.
For all I know Kashamu and the agents where probably playing 'ludo' or 'whot' game together over vodka while laughing at how gullible Nigerians can be to any story thrown at them!

I dont know if you live in the country or not but I'm sure you can see and hear well. If the government can't tell the private investors what they should do to improve the cost of living of the masses , something is wrong with that government.

I'm not happy with the program simply because we still have more people out there finding it hard to eat just once. You mention that people like me would make billions or million from the project, how?

No offense but you just didnt make sense with any of that post. Because if we cant even afford to live in the mega city , whats the purpose of building it ? Banana island for example how many people can afford to live there?

Instead of trying to force a city out of the water front, they can build low cost housing estates in developing areas.
