Seriously, no special tips here. But I feel manual outbound gives better results, though it might seem stressful but it's worth it. And don't neglect those contact forms too.

Most sold during the 2-4th follow up, so always try to follow up. All sales letter I normally use are gotten from here, I just edit to my taste.

I got this domain mainly because I saw a particular pressure washing service at Henderson whose exact name was Henderson Pressure Washing. However, they don't have a website. I quickly registered it and contacted them by text message, contacted my favorite email scrapper, Opistorincos and as usual, he delivered swiftly. I did my outbounds to the other prospects I got from him. The guys whose service was an exact match to my domain never texted back anyways. As I was preparing to do a follow up to the initial mails I sent, I decided to see how much my mails were opened so that I'll draw up an order of priority in the follow up mail. I observed that one particular service opened my mail 30+ times. Sent the mail on The 29th and as at yesterday, they still opened the mail. I had a good feeling and sent only them a follow up telling them to make an offer. From $350, they beat it down to $150 and I accepted. The rest is history. For those still hoping on their first sale, continue pushing, it will eventually come. I wish myself and everyone else more sales.

Same thing happened to me last year and they refused to restore the account back to me. I abandoned it and tried it again in March this year. I'm using the account now.
Just get another account and try to restore this one again in like 4 months time.

I don't usually add price to my first email and follow up. The domain landing page has a fixed price (in this case $750) and I watch the traffic which was about 100 last month after the emails sent. So they must have gone to check the price.

The second follow up is the one with the price (see page 1017 for follow up template) in this case $250 which is $500 difference so the guy jumped on it
