Can you demonstrate a universe with many Gods and compare it with this universe?

Ibn Katheer (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in
his Tafseer: i.e.,

if there was a number of gods, each one of them would have taken away that which he created and the universe would be in disarray.
What we see is that the universe is organized and
orderly, and each realm, upper and lower, is
connected to the other in the most perfect manner.
“you can see no fault in the creation of the Most
Gracious” [al-Mulk 67:3]. And each of them would
seek to dominate the others and some of them
would prevail over others.

Allah knew long before creation these things will happen no matter the warning, he doesn't like evil but then he created it or allowed it to exist. Did he deliberately want people to do evil and punish them?

If freewill can make people do evil and Allah know of this, why then did he give humans freewill to do evil?

If Allah has destined everyone's fate, how is freewill working here?

What exactly does he wants to gain in it?

Allah is said to be is all good, evil can never exist in this case.

us, but we belied him and said: “‘Allaah never sent
down anything (of Revelation)”’”

Like you said Allah already know before creation this terrible cruel punishment will happen, he has the power to stop it from happening but he went ahead with his plan. No matter the messagers he sent or books he revealed these things will still happen, it has been destined except he doesn't know.

Or let me make it more clearer.

A mother knew putting her baby on the floor where there's a needle will be harmful for the baby but she went ahead to put the baby on the floor and baby swallowed the needle. Who's to be blame here? Why didn't the mother pick the needle from the floor or she just deliberately leave the needle and and also leave the baby on the floor when she knows what will happen?

The example you are giving is not related with what we are saying.

The idea of another god existing alongside Allaah is impossible

There is a great deal of evidence to suggest that it is impossible, the least of which is the existence of this organized universe. If there were another god, the system of the universe would be spoiled because they would compete with one another and each of them would want to prevail over the other, as Allaah says

(interpretation of the meaning):
“Had there been therein (in the heavens and the
earth) aalihah (gods) besides Allaah, then verily,
both would have been ruined. Glorified be Allaah,
the Lord of the Throne, (High is He) above all that
(evil) they associate with Him!”

[al-Anbiya’ 21:22]

His Hell, they would soon argue that He did not test
them or give them the chance to strive.
Allaah wanted to refute this argument, so He created them in this world and gave them reason, and revealed
His Books, and sent His Messengers; all of that is so
that they will have no argument against Allaah on
the Day of Resurrection.

I won't knowingly take such a huge risk, before pilot's boyfriend/husband will decide to break up with her before the flight and co-pilot's hormones will be raging too and they will be a cocktail of bad emotions and decide to find solace in the Atlantic ocean.......

God does everything knowing that it is going to happen exactly. And then punish these beings. He is a complete sociopath.

Whereas Lucifer, risking everything, grants humanity knowledge. It gives them the ability to doubt, not to be idiots. Even knowing that God saw everything.

Allaah admit people to Paradise or Hell on the
basis of the deeds that they actually did in this
world.
