It's hard to be biased when you do not know the persons involved personally. I do not have any other contact with peeps on Nairaland except by email or in here. Like I pointed out in an earlier comment "there's always a good reason why your email was ignored". The other thing is that I do not have to reply to an email as an indication that I will work on the issue presented. Sometimes the emails are many. I just read, note down and move on without replies.
