I seriously need advice as I really don't know what the right or best thing to do at this time. Please elders in the house be kind enough to suggest what I could do.

I did not think something like this can still happen in this era but this is what I have to deal with. So my mum flat out told me she does not like the girl I took home because she is not fine. About 3years ago when we went home together she told me this but I just disregarded it like when I'm ready she won't have a choice but to accept her as she is. To be honest she is not fine at all but she gives me peace of mind which I feel is the ultimate.

She was involved in an accident with my dad last year and we lost my dad in the process. During the burial I went home with my babe again and my mum still made her displeasure with the girl show.

The thing now is that I went home again to see how she is doing and she called to speak me again after stating that I had disobeyed her by not breaking up with the girl she said is still not having her and if I insist she is the one I should count her out of the marriage. She can never come visiting or even call her. She will not attend the wedding. Now I am 32 and she is 30

How do I navigate this situation. I plead for good advice. Have you been in a similar situation how did you handle it.

@Yarimo indeed have an unusual job as some few people from his toxic political linning. His job is in Urchinition line of Business which compels him to be on Nairaland 24/7 looking out for PO and Igbo related threads.

The most unfortunate is that he does all these at a meagre sum of 30K per month and his KPIs are determined by how many comment against the great Igbo race as well as how disparaging his insult are to PO personality.

Many good intentioned Nairalanders have advised him to go look for a better job to no avail. He is a peculiar man who does not know when to stop in his obsessions and I greatly feel for his mental health as he devotes all his productive live in a job that can never uplift him and his immediate family.

Happy new year my dear Nairalanders. I recently acquired 2 hecters of land which I originally planned to use for cocoa (TC series) plantation. But the land agent adviced I plant cashew instead while a friend said it's more profitable if I plant oil palm (Supergene)

As we speak, I have not concluded on which of the 3 crop to cultivate for a small holder plantation of just 2 hecters.

Hence I decided to bring it here to seek your opinions. Your advise would be highly appreciated. Thanks in anticipation for your responses.

evenin, i dnt knw abt cocoa, bt palm oil is sorted after very much localy, bt d price fluctuate 2 much n can drop drasticaly. Cashew on d oda hand, is an exportable product plus its market value is always rising, and it is a long term investment and can help u purchase more hecters which u can use in planting more n even expand to palm trees. Thank you. (am stil looking to be employed in case anyone has an opening)

Good morning peeps,ok last week, noticed pimple like skin rise around my pelvic region, was studying it to know the cause n effect on me then high fever joined in.
