Treat people fairly and be the change you want to see in this world. I'm a very conservative dresser and sometimes my instinct is to judge people that expose their bodies but I have to caution myself. People are free to dress how they want and they are not harming anyone. Some people will say it's because they are teaching children bad things. Be a good role model to your kids so that when they see half n*ked women on the streets they already know they don't want to dress up like that.

If you are okay with treating people badly because of how they dress then you will treat people badly for how they talk or who they date or who their father is or where they're from... where does it end?

It's okay for people to have different views of life and different expectations. No one ever gets in trouble for minding their own business. If you don't want to date a half n*ked woman, there are millions of girls that dress conservatively. Why not pick from that batch and stop looking for an excuse for being a jerk?
