Mine was a trojan. It was so terrible. It was redirecting me to useless sites. Anyway, the thing refused to go. I downloaded all the trojan killer in the world but the trojan was preventing them from executing. Finally, I read somewhere that that type of trojan will not allow you to install anything. I now had to download the trojan killer from another computer, saved it on my flash and transferred it to my computer. That was how I succeeded.
