Dear Friends, I just added the petition: NIGERIA: ABOLISH EMPLOYMENT AGE BARRIER. It would mean a lot to me if you took a moment to add your name because: This is important because : 1. It goes against section 42(2) of the 1999 constitution as amended, which stipulates that no citizen should be subjected to any deprivation by reason of circumstance to his birth. 2. Section 2205 of Federal Government Public Services rules allows for applicants between the age of 15 years to 50 years. 3. It will curb the trend of unlawful declaration of age among Nigerian youths. 4. It will dampen the lingering unemployment status in the country.

These young boys are usually trained in the palace from primary school to secondary level.

The whole roads in the city are all in deplorable state. In fact its the worst city in the south south in terms of good road network ironically its the state with the best planned city in the south south.

This is St Saviour road in Benin city.
This particular road has been continuously neglected by the various successive government of the state, from the military regime to the present Democratic dispensation .This particular road, is a major road to over 20 communities in the area. Its about 40 mins drive to the city center and also located in Ikpoba Okha local government , which is one of the oil producing local government in the state and the country at large. Its also home to Matthew Idouyekevben one of the Governorship candidate in the forthcoming election, who happens to be a former MD of NDDC Edo state. Over the years all the politicians in the state, even the present state government has failed, to address the issue of the road. Election is around the corner,St Saviour youth shine your eyes, until they do this road no voting for Any of them, be it PDP or APC.
