Good morning nairalanders I think this world is turning to something else I work with a private organisation where I earn 20k as my monthly stipend For the past one four month now we have not been paid salary and we dare not ask my boss because she is a disciplined woman who doesn't tolerate nonsense.. Things are really getting hard and I couldn't even afford transport fee to work this morning as I have to trek down to work this morning, and on getting to work I decided to summon courage to ask this woman about my salary, She told me to go back to my duty . but to my greatest surprise it was sack letter that follows. I tried talking to her and telling her the situation of things but she wouldn't listen and all what she said is that I have been fired. I was told to come back ending of November to get my salary.. I don't really know what to do right now, it looks like cheating to me . This is my sweat, something I have work for ... |
Leadership News ADVERTISEMENT Presidency Mum Over Tinubu’s Return After UNGA Written by Our Correspondent 3 days ago Reading Time: 2 mins read Tinubu The presidency has refused to speak on whether President Bola Ahmed Tinubu had returned to the country after his participation at the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) meeting or not. As of press time, yesterday, calls and text messages sent to the president’s media adviser, Ajuri Ngelale, on the whereabouts of the president were not replied to. President Tinubu arrived in New York on September 18 to attend the High-Level meetings of the 78th session of UNGA scheduled to open on Monday with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) summit. The President, who arrived some minutes before 7pm local time, was received by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar; the Permanent Representative of Nigeria to the United Nations, Prof. Tijjani Muhammad-Bande and other government officials. |

Good evening Nairalanders There is this question that has been bothering my mind about paying offering in church, although most pastor the issue now is everyone will have to dance to the offering box to drop money Paying offering in my own church goes this way. 1 Tithes and Assessment inside different box 2 General Thanksgiving 3 Mercy Offering 4 Building and project 5 Light Offering I was really ashamed last week Sunday when people were on on the line to pay there offering I only paid for the general Thanksgiving, tomorrow is Sunday and I'm just considering not going to church because I'm not having much with me. this is the first time this is happening to me. As anyone ever been in this situation before? |
Omonii:You liked Nothing of such never happen, you can ever bribe the hold spirit |
Hambivert:To be sincere with you, I have seen over 10 families that has been match make and they are living very fine... And also, there are still ladies in the church that are waiting for the lord to chose for them, they are still single because it's not yet that time. |
Good morning everyone, and I wish you happy Sunday There is this particular church or God whereby the holy spirit through the messenger will match make couples together. I have seen a instance whereby a lady who is also a member brought her husband to be to the church and when the holy spirit came the whole plan changed, and a guy who came from the United States was called upon and the lady was handed over to him. What's your own view on matchmaking in the church by the holy Spirit? Peace... Note It's a standard white garment church |

laluski:We planned to lock the room because we can't just afford to lose our money to the landlord, we haven't spent six months.. Ogun State. |
Good evening everyone We got an apartment about few months ago, although it need some repair and the landlord has promise to fix the house once we make payment, we don't even know that the roofing is not good until we entered the raining season. We expected this man to call those that will do the repair but unfortunately we didn't hear anything from him. We met him one on one but didn't respond to us, we just decided to leave him since he is not ready to repair the house.. The issue now is we are not comfortable in this house, rain has almost destroy our belongings including our electronics, my sister will have to back her baby whenever rain is falling in the midnight. We went to meet this man to explain what we are passing through ,he said we want him to fix the house that he's going to add 20k to the rent and we have to pay advance so that he can fix the house for us, I was surprised because we haven't even finish using a year rent that we paid. We disagree with him and he said if we can't comply that we should pack out and come and collect our remaining balance, we have been struggling hard to raise money and get another apartment but the situation of things is getting messed up.. The issue right now is that we have gone to meet this man for the balance he promise us , it seems he is not ready to pay, we don't want to involve the police. Our plan is to lock the house once we are able to raise money for another apartment. Do you think locking the house till our money expires is the best thing or we should involve the police so that we can get the balance from the landlord? Please I need your advice everyone.. |
