I doubt if IRCC is on Nairaland. You should mail all their offices one after the other and raise CSEs too. Go on Twitter and Facebook and send your queries to them publicly. Call their Ottawa and Edmonton CPCs. Mail the Minister of IRCC and his office. Just raise awareness of your unique plight and let's see how it goes from there.

I got BVL by mail on 6th of November, and no other update since that time

Yh it’s all about patience!!
I also got mine by mail anyway

No update till now.

Paper application submitted on March 12th
Medical request,AIP on 10th September..
Medical passed on 23rd September.
BVL received on 27th of October no update since then..

No cause for alarm that was the same message we(paper applicants were receiving when we submitted our application together with our passport)

It’s what supposed to happen
If you aren’t even seeing it self, you should be cared!

Plus it’s an update on where your passport is at the moment.

I applied through paper application
I have gotten an AIP and I received my BVl today 27th of October.

Just be calm trust God it’s gonna come..
I tell you it’s closer than you think..

BVL-27th October 2020.
Passport already submitted at VAC
