My guess is those shipments aren't in Nigeria yet, had a discussion with someone who works at NIPOST where they sort items out at the airport and he said they are mandated to sort cargoes at most 48hrs after it gets to Lagos.

Because I'm a victim. Wristwatches of just $120 arrived Lagos since 18th December. It got to my local post office on 31st December. I was slammed with custom duty of N8k. But phone charger that I ordered at same time got into my hands on 21st December without extra charges.

Regarding aliexpress shipment, it seems once the goods reach Nigeria, they stop updating its progress.
On more than one occasion when I bought jewelleries from them, it had reached the post office already but the tracking was stuck at shipment has left country of origin.
I wonder why this is so
