But Ihedioha brings hope of a better future.

You just wrote like a drunkard without iota of decorum. Imo State is the least externally indebted State in Southeast today as recorded by DMI whereas as at the time Okorocha emerged Governor Imo was by far tge most externally indebted.

Okoroawusa incurred over 250 billion debt despite achieving nothing in his 8 wasted years.

Before Okorocha vacated office he gave one month notice for anyone indebted to say it but not a single person came foward and up till now Ihedioha is yet to prove Okorocha is owing anyone 1kobo. Even this report added Imo without verification and the so called PDP made no decisive statement. Okorocha left 45 billion raw cash for Ihedioha with clearly stated accounts it is lodged and the purpose for saving it.

Okorocha, the university your government built for Imo State University in your hometown, but you later wanted to turn to 90% private, that's what shall send you to jail if you or anyone else continue to claim 90% ownership.

Ihedioha too may go down with you because of that university if he allies with you or your representative to deny Imo people whole ownership of the university.

Don't delve into something you know nothing about. That University was rejected before private investors built it so Imo money involved was very minimal.

Someone employed more than a year before elections and has been receiving salaries till handover cannot be regarded as sunset worker. Information has it that Ihedioha carefully filtered out workers from Orlu zone who were employed or promoted even before 2018 to sack them based on their origin.

Ihedioha suspends salaries of alleged illegal workers

Imo State Governor, Emeka Ihedioha, has suspended payment of salary to all workers employed into the state civil service from January 2018 to March 29, 2019.

Ihedioha said employment of the affected workers did not follow due process, as stipulated by law, adding that his government would not condone illegality of any form.

The Governor directed the Head of Service, Alma Eluwa, to workwith other directors in the state civil service, to ascertain those that merited their employment.

He also constituted a panel to investigate and fish out all ghost workers, as part of his efforts to sanitise the work force.

This decision followed an allegation made by Labour leaders, led by the state chairman of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Austin Chilakpo, who met with him at Government House, Owerri on Friday.

Chilakpo said: “We have records of people, who illegally got employment and promotion during the past government fFrom 2018 to May 2019. Illegal employment went on in the state to the tune of not less than 5,000 workers. Let the Head of Service say it is not true, and we will come up with evidence.

“Also, some were even promoted to Permanent Secretary without merit. This is why somebody on Level 14 was promoted to become a Permanent Secretary, whereas we have people who are on Level 16 and have been in that position for years. This is not fair.”

The state Accountant General, Casmir Uzoho, confirmed the allegations of illegal employments and promotions.

what you see above is another substandard project from Rochas just like his roads which were destroyed by acid rain lol
I repeat, why embark on a project that will not last decades just so you can score political points? Obiano's 3 flyovers are still standing strong, Umahi's rural roads are of high quality made out of concrete so they last decades, Sullivan's bridges are still standing strong till date, Rocha's own which is the newest of them all is caving in.

1st of all that flyover was built 3 years ago as proven from this thread but you should also realize that Ihedioha has group of boys he pays to destroy projects done by Okorocha. Visit Concorde hotel road and drive towards 3rd inland road you'll notice one the streetlight pillars they attempted but failed to demolish at night. People are vigilant in countering these destructions they now look for every opportunity to actualize. Government is not about trying to destroy works because you hate the builder.

Nigerians and reasoning

So you prefer extra 50 traditional rulers thinning down state treasury.

After u go still complain no road, no. Water, no light.....no this no that.

Anika-akwu.

There was no extra 50 anything. The Ezes were around 8 and they emerged following the resolving of Ezeship tussles in some communities which existed before Okorocha even became Governor. Ihedioha is still dwelling on propaganda against Okorocha who has long left the seat.

An example is this one

https://www.vanguardngr.com/2018/08/okorocha-asked-to-avert-bloodshed-in-egwedu-community-over-16yrs-ezeship-tussle-in-imo-state/

https://allafrica.com/stories/201405260519.html

Simmering dispute over traditional stools in some communities of Imo State has been resolved following the issuance of certificate of recognition to traditional rulers by the state Governor, Owelle Rochas Okorocha.

The chieftaincy tussle, which has lasted for several years now, had prevented the affected communities from producing their traditional rulers, known as “Eze”.
However, the Governor, on Friday, issued certificates of recognition and staff of office to successful ‘Ezes-elect’, including Eze George Ekeh of Ishi Ubomiri and Eze Ethelberth Ekwelibe of Irete, both in Mbaitolu Local Government Area.

You can just imagine? Instead of Ihedioha to kick start new projects, he has no choice than to revisit the substandard projects of his predecessor. Okorocha must account for the money he wasted on all these substandard projects he built.

Chino stop fooling around. Ihedioha is looking for reasons to squander money instead of facing governance. That secretariat was built by Udenwa but was renovated by Rochas around 2011 and was also being renovated again but not completed before handover. A Governors duty is not searching for reasons to squander money by deceiving the gullible. The photos shown here do not in any way support the exaggerated claims.

Aba, it's ok.

This is Los Angeles.

They used the cash crop to beautify AND enrich their street (remember, trees reduce pollution and clean air)

Are you comparing this to what you saw Okorocha did in Owerri

Even if you must import a fake palm tree into Nigeria in an oasis of palm trees, why import such sickly looking ones?

Okorocha planted all types of trees which are at various stages of growth including our own Nigerian palm trees but the artificial ones serve the purpose of immediate beautification while awaiting the growth of the natural ones.

The Orlu Zone has the densest population of palm tree on earth. it was the source of the palm oil industries in Southeast Asia.
Rochas, from that same zone, went to China, and bought plastic palm trees.

If someone told me something this stupid would happen in my lifetime 10 years ago, I would have laughed

Each serve different purpose. The ones used by Okorocha is ornamental trees while the ones that produce oil are cash crops. They serve different purposes as one is simply for decoration and used where immediate aesthetics is required as Okorocha did in Owerri even though he also planted live trees and grasses to green up the environment.

My point remains that Okorocha will always be the backbone of development in Imo State and that is why Ihedioha does not know where to start from. He does not want to accept the reality staring him right in the face that Okorocha has laid an irreversible foundation for him to build upon to the glory of both him and Okorocha. He is looking for every possible means to deny this truth but it is absolutely impossible hence his inability to continue where Okorocha stopped.
