You're absolutely right. One can have pattern baldness at 23 but never full bald head. The earliest one can experience full baldness is early 30s. He may be 33 years.

By the time Okorocha left he was building chains of 8 lane roads cutting across heart of Owerri city and it is easy to extend the roads beyond where he stopped to help ease traffic and reduce travel time between Owerri and other parts of the State. Simply continue the expansion and extention till you get to the next town so that your successor will also continue from where you stop as government is a continuum.

This is the new high court Ihedioha inherited and all he needs to do is to move the judiciary personnel from the old dilapidated court to this one which is the best and most well furnished in Nigeria, demolish the old court area and recover large expanse of land for Owerri CBD. The land to be freed include the old State Police headquarters and old Prisons.

This is not much of a foundation

That's my point. As far as I'm concerned being someone that digs and knows the truth before making my analysis public Ihedioha for the past 34 days has dwelt more on seeking public sympathy by posting fake images or trying to discredit Okorocha's achievements but the public seem not to be buying it. The government house built by Okorocha is the best in Nigeria and even the Odenigbo guest estate beside it is better than most Government lodges in Nigeria so getting fake pictures isn't the best way to start but rather adding to what is on ground. This is Odenigbo guest estate as he met it.

In just a month the momentum of Government development projects in Imo has slowed down tremendously. Hopefully the accompanying private sector development in industries, hospitality and real estate has not slowed down. With the foundation laid by Okorocha I don't think it should take more than a day to know your direction as his successor. Simply extend roads from where he stopped, improve on his projects and correct his errors where necessary. Out of the 100 days of 1st critical analysis 33 days has passed remaining 67 but I'm yet to figure out Ihedioha's direction.

Okorocha never built School of Health Okporo-Orlu, stop giving false information. Udenwa built it as a government residential estate which Okorocha converted to an educational facility and took all the glory.
It was Udenwa's intention to make Orlu a developed zone, with the sitting of key infrastructures such as the Okporo Housing Estate, Egbema Independent power project, Federal High court Okporo, School of nursing Amaigbo, Imo Poly Ohaji, Sam Okwaraji internstional stadium Orlu, Umuaka-Nkwerre road, Orlu-Owerri new road, Orlu-Akokwa road, Orlu-Ihiala road, Orlu-Anara road, Mgbidi-Oguta road, AdaPalm-Egbema road, Orlu international market, Industrial zone Awo-Omamma, IMSUTH after failed attempt to relocate the institution to Orlu as well as recognition of Ohaji/Egbema/Oguta/Owerri west nay Imo state in the NDDC. You can never exhaust the scores of development Udenwa carried out in other zones. Udenwa wasn't a man of much noise and publicity.
Okorocha has his glory but none can ever be compared to Achike Udenwa's Orlu zone facelift. Okorocha worked primarily for Owerri zone unlike Udenwa who spread development to every nooks and cranny in Imo state.

You're wrong in all the credit you attempted to give Udenwa all in a bid to deny Okorocha his glory. Okorocha built School of health Okporo and used the housing estate as a hostel facility for the staff and students. Egbema independent plant was probably initiated by Obasanjo but had real work starting under Okorocha but we need not talk about FG or NDDC projects because under Okorocha nobody gave him credit for NDDC jobs and FG projects we know can only be attracted by a Senator. Arthur Nzeribe my own uncle attracted federal projects in Orlu zone but Udenwa and co conspired to push him off and since then we've not had a good Senator that brought federal presence. Maybe with Okorocha there federal projects will bounce back. It's absolutely impossible to compare Udenwa who did nothing with Okorocha who did everything from dualizing 60 km expressway to building hundreds of markets, hundreds of schools, dozens of Universities, thousands of Kilometers of roads, dozens of hospitals, free education at all levels, better security, more industrialization. Don't go there at all.

Imo Poly Ohaji was College of Agriculture Umuagwo converted to Polytechnic by Ohakim not Udenwa. However Okorocha built the school, under him it became full fledged and he upgraded it to University before leaving.

Stop spewing and posting rubbish, I am in Imo state Ihedioha has not done anything even the may salaries came the same amount that rochas was paying. He said the 100% supposed to be implemented on may salaries so why did he paid the same amount and pensioners have not collected any dime even when rochas made it clear in his handover note that 5bilion was mapped out for that. Quit deceiving people online before you incure the wrath meant for someone else.

At the end of the day it's a loss for everyone no matter the political party you belong. I still pray for Ihedioha to start work and improve on what Okorocha achieved or even a 50% of Okorocha will be good enough since he is indebted to a lot of politicians.

None of the thrash listed exists. He never paid 100% salaries and is still owing a lot of parastatals. Mind you it's 18k minimum wage not even 30k. I understand he is wasting money on media but reality will always defeat propaganda as most Imolites are definitely not happy.

Go to social media, see Imos speaking up, keep ranting here, hope you know whistle blowers are the ones reviewing these to the task force set by state government... Power is transient, you, Rochas and uche nwosu thought you would remain in power forever, the reason you converted Imo properties to yours... All you folks can be here talking rubbish, Imos are speaking up, they're reclaiming their properties as the new government is on top gear working out steps to rebuild the rots caused by the past government. You can even go to CNN and cry wolf, Imo people are happy with what the present government is doing, I hope there's no government property you're hiding as former aid to Okorocha? Because you'll soon be next

I pray we both witness how it will end up. I am not related to Imo government past or present in any way but I have followed Imo State development and politics in full glare and can tell truth from false.

Lmao... No be only #12.5m....criminals, this is just the beginning, as rich you claim you are, you still went and converted state government properties to yours because you lost election. Ndi oshi.... All those seats you carted away from IICC must all be returned, the vehicles and other properties, none shall be spared. Shame on to you, upon Imo State money you looted, still went ahead to steal govt vehicles, seats, tables, generators and you expect us to be clapping for you. All shall be recovered, just a matter of time

It's easy to write rubbish but the onus lies on proving them. No sane mind can support this form of harassment without legal backing simply because of politics. There is no single evidence that Uloma Nwosu stole anything nor is there any evidence something was stolen from Imo in the first place except the claims by Ihedioha's PDP.

Politics / Taskforce Raid Okorocha’s Daughter’s Shopping Complex, Scores Wounded by Abogwara: 9:49pm On Jun 27, 2019
There was pandemonium Thursday night in Owerri, the Imo State capital when armed youths attached to the Imo State Committee on Recovery of Government property, invaded a shopping mall (House of Freeda) owned by the daughter of the immediate past governor of the State, in search of government property.

Property and merchandise said to belong to the state government were carted away.

No fewer than six workers in the complex were severely wounded during the invasion that was supervised by the Chairman of the Committee, Hon Jasper Ndubuaku.

According to eyewitnesses, the fierce-looking youths aided by armed Policemen forced their way into the complex that houses several businesses owned by individuals not related to the former governor and started carting away electronic appliances and other expensive items that were displayed for sale.

One of the sales representatives who didn’t want to be mentioned, alleged that the rampaging thugs also made away with N12.5 million cash.

One of the vehicles belonging to the Reach FM, a radio station suspected to be owned by a member of the Okorocha’s family was impounded and the driver beaten to stupor.

It took the intervention of a detachment of Policemen and soldiers to disperse the youths but the vehicles loaded with the items were driven away.

the same thing I was saying. But when someone complain his mbaise people will say that the person is sentimental.

Equity must be done in Imo state, Imo state civil service is dominated and controlled by mbaise people and they used it against Okorocha. They claimed not to be paid salaries while they were being paid salaries.

That's a political strategy employed by PDP. They lied till handover from Okorocha in virtually everything including using 500 million to mould Jacob Zuma and the lies have not ceased till date.

Seriously, I hate Imo PDP with passion.

However, we must be objective and fair with our analysis.
In Nigeria and even in the United States, people start asking what a government has done after 100 days in office.
Let's give Ihedioha the benefit of the doubt.

Everyone should pray that he succeeds and not otherwise.

Remember that Okorocha breached some of the contracts entered by Ohakim, in which the contractors had made considerable execution. You can appeal when you have merit to do that. So why did Okorocha not appeal those judgement? was he stockpiling them for a new person? Emeka should do a good health check of the state financial status and take proactive action to manage the crisis and also create development across the state.

Had Uche Nwosu been declared Governor Imo would have still been running smoothly with projects still going on across the State. There wouldn't be any excuses or witch hunting.

How come Okorocha completed his 8 years without one day giving excuses of judgement settlement? Cunny man die cunny man bury am.

Cars worth 50 billion Naira must be classic Rolls Royce used by Queen Victoria in 1927. When a useless leader emerges useless excuses come along. Now check it Okorocha worked and continued delivering infrastructure from day 1 till his last day in office giving free education at all levels and growing the State IGR by nearly 200% in one year. Accussing someone who could have easily collected as much money as he wished by simply not working till his last day can only sound normal in biased minds.

Moreover this blame game has surpassed one month already or are we going to keep reading this baldedash till end of his tenure?

If a 60 yrs plus Nwoko dey rock 18 yrs old Regina Daniels then 29 to 16 is not a bad equation as long it is consensual. But let's examine the morality of it, teacher to student is against professionalism and therefore the teacher should be punished, what if the said girl was his niece, would he have done the same??

That's the hypocrisy in our society. If this guy was a billionaire this wouldn't be an issue at all.

You're a shameless being, fake safe made billionaire... Only clowns like you take you serious, now Ihedioha sponsored dumping of refuses along Douglas? You are nothing but a f00l.... Always defending your semi god ineptitude, fake projects he constructed collapsed, now it's ihedioha and his mbaise people went to be demolishing Rochas project... When will you grow? Always trying to sow seed of hatred against mbaise people, can't you accept to defeat that your strategy didn't sell out your incompetent supporter for governor? Or you think we've forgotten trash you spewed here against ihedioha and mbaise still he ended up beating you choice hands down. When have you believed in ihedioha or any mbaise man? Ewu... I hate using abusive words on someone, but I won't regret using it on you because there's nothing derogatory you never used on my people. Now Imo State government gave order to reverse some orders your semi god made without following due process, now you term it that mbaise people went to harass and attack students as if the whole of your lga can produce one-third of graduates mbaise produce, you cherish education more than them. This is just the beginning, better get ready to wail for the next 8yrs, your hate speaches against ihedioha and mbaise failed

All these your long essay is no way related to what I wrote. Read again and stop suffering from inferiority complex

Abogwara:

Stop giving up before trial. Many thought it was impossible to remove Ekeukwu market but Okorocha did it and cleared Douglas to an extent even with Ihedioha and most politicians sponsoring resistance and dumping of refuse to frustrate his efforts. I don't think Okorocha will oppose Ihedioha forcefully evacuating the fools still trading on the street because that was his aim for relocating the market. Many thought it was impossible to stop Keke but Okorocha did it and it has worked perfectly well. Many thought it was impossible to build 8 lane roads by demolishing infringing structures in the heart of Owerri but Okorocha did it and it has worked. So all Ihedioha needs is simply set a target and achieve it without fear or favour as long as he is convinced it is right and will bring development and not dwell on how to destroy Okorocha's legacy and in the process taking the State backwards by 8 years.
