Umuahia has better roads than Owerri.

Uyo is not in Southeast but Owerri streets are better than Uyo streets beyond major roads both in housing and accessibility.

When you take a peek at what other Governors did in infrastructure and then compare with Okorocha he actually did more. Building more tgan 500 schools is an achievement that may never be equaled soon as well as the free education to University. He built intracity highways that changed the face of Owerri forever and that is a feat that if any Governor does just one of such roads it will be recorded as outstanding.

In every aspect of governance Okorocha did well. Thats the important point. The streetlights is part of the bigger project but OP just reported that the lighting phase has been achieved remaining marking and road signs. Unlike Obiano I don't see Ugwuanyi stooping so low to commission streetlights. Enugu has always enjoyed streetlights since time immemorial.

There's no minimum age implementation. I took WAEC in SS1 and left my Secondary school in SS2 straight to University at 15 and graduated 19. It's normal as I had other age mates as friends on campus.

The last time I was in Owerri the part from junction to NEPA was being reconstructed with cars diverted to Royce road. I believe the work will be in phases. Most of Douglas road is presently in disarray with people trading on the entire road. Here's a glimpse of rebuilt Douglas by Industrial Court.

All in all it is left for Imo electorates to decide. Presently Uche Nwosu is the most popular known candidate with others still yet to make their plans known.
