Who are the FG granting amnesty to?

The BH sect said they won't receive any amnesty since they haven't done anything wrong.so I find it hard to believe that the FG is still serious with this amnesty enterprise.

What do you expect this is a state that receives 18% allocation of federal funds more to what any state in Nigeria is earning except for the oil producing states.Yet,the state is ranked the least interms of fisical responsibilty and budget displine among all the 36 states in Nigeria. How I wish kano state will get half of what these niger delta states are earning the state could have been fantastic even with the insecurity at present.

Why do people doubt what Ningi is saying? A statistics doesn't have to be drawn as to who BH kill the most.Perhasps churches were targeted for three consecutive weeks and christians die but weekly and in tens not hundreds really sad and we muslims condemn that act absolutely,the number of muslims that are killed on the street on DAILY basis in the cities of kano,Bauchi,Gombe,mubi,maiduguri and Damaturu are countless,not to mention the economic meltdown that is on a rise presently in the region typical Northerner will tell you that BH is a conspiracy against the northern region....

Why would a muslim plant a bomb in a mosque or even a christain disguice as muslim and bomb a church? We can only solve the BH probelm if we can answer this question.

Just this morning i received a message from a friend in Kano, he told me that a time bomb has just been discovered in from of the faculty of law Bayero university Kano just when students are about to commence their lectures.This is the same University that was attacked some weeks back where professors and doctors were killed.
With the gravity of such incident one would have imagine how tight and secure the university should become yet our govt never seems to care if more professors,doctors and student are killed.
My question here is "do Nigeria really have a government"?

torkaka: does the man kaita understand what the word treason means? i think the person asking him the questins wasn't asking the right ones,would have loved to hear the answers to the following questions:

1. if nigeria divides,whose interest would it be?
2. what is the economic value of the north?
3. would the agricultural & unarguably the educationally advanced northern states like kwara,kogi,benue,plateau accept to follow the larger north? and if not what will be the effects?
4. what is the total overhead cost of all the northern states in relation to revenue generated by the states without "oil" federal handouts?
5. how many jobs will be lost or gained if the country divides? and what will be the effect on the north?

Apart from Russia if I'm not getting it wrong none among the 4counties that formed the Brics nations have oil and today they are the new emerging world economies.so my brother oil in Nigeria only make some few extremly rich and also sponsor terrorist and militants with the oil revenue.as regards to states sustainability,apart from the oil region, Lagos and Kano are the only states that can survive without FG revenue allocation.

There are two things involve here is either GEJ knows who the Boko Haram are and it's sponsors or he has absolutely no ideae on what these boys are capable of doing.I'm from Kano I know what I'm saying and why I think talks with Boko Haram could have been the only way out because those boys gather inteligent also more than the SSS.it seems they alone can decied on when to stop. It is a pity that we think we are educated because we go to school and learnt how to read and write English language so we could just say what ever we think we can so long people will read.The most disturbing thing is that we still didn't know the main reason why we all go to school in the first place,well let me just make my point here,you see a wise diplomat will tell you that peace in a soveriengh fonteer borders is equally significant because it could mean peace in home own country,that is the main reason why we have peace keeping soldiers sent to conflict regions of the world to avoid wild spread of violence but Here on nairaland people mis-use the main purpose of such fora is to educate,advice,inform and unite,if you want to make jokes I believe there is a section for jokes at top of this page but when we are talking of matters arising we should all try to countribute because what affects on Nigerian affects many.
Neithertheless,the drastic fall in the economic activities of Kano state is now affecting other nations that trade with the people of the state why not the local of it's own.so I strongly advice if you don't have any contribution to any topic of any kind is better to just keep your opinion to yourself.
