But they cannot bring affidavit to say that they issued said certificate.
They are a legal entity,and as such if a certificate is present claiming to be issueby the school, they're obligated to affirm it's authenticity and not Dodge being deposed in an affidavit.
If I carry ake naira notes now,and the matter enter court, minting and printing will be invited to authenticate the said note.

They were asked to provide affidavit stating that the results that Tinubu presented was issued by them(CSU) but they didn't.
They only said that he attended the university but they cannot confirm that the results that he submitted was issued by them,that speaks volume

Even with court order CSU has refused to give the documents requested for by Atiku and others.
You don't need court order to get Atiku or Obi's certificate.
The certificate he presented to Inec shows some irregularities with available copies from same school.
I have certificates and my certificate and that of my colleagues are of same quality but same cannot be said for Tinubu and his class mates which nobody has come forward to claim yet.
