I say Congratulations! once more.

A lot of things are involved here.

1. R/ship or Marriage is all about 2 individuals with different backgrounds, diff xter/behaviour, diff upbringings. Ability to tolerate each other is what keeps 2 of them 2gether.

2. If your girl leaves you for some1 else simply because the person is richer, my advice is do not take her back.

3. If the person you love so much leaves you, it means his/her role in your destiny is over, it means he/she is no longer attached to you & don't try to force him/her back because his/her coming back might be disastrous.
but if he/she willingly comes back, then his/her acceptance will depend largely on the reason why he/she left.

I think something is wrong somewhere, if your kinsman, a fellow from your tribe is telling you this,.... then GEJ has a long way to go.
Why is he allowing the northerners (Gumi & co.) to take advantage of his weak point.

This is another form of incompetency on the part of Amosun Led Govt. In a state where lives of the citizenry are paramount, investigations would have been concluded & urgent steps taken.

The LG Chairman was just saying rubbish '(setting up a committee that would hear the story from both sides, then another committee to decide on what to do after hearing the story & then another committee to help Amosun decide on which action to do)

However, this calls for collective response from pple of southern Nigeria. If urgent steps are not taken now, it will spread to S/South & S/East because some northerners actually promised to make Nigeria Ungovernable because GEJ was elected as President having bombed mostly christians/southerners in the north (ibos inclussive) & no reprisal attacks.

Sotherners must act fast now!!!

The ex-PDP, ex-ANPP Amosun inherited 51b that rose by 71% in less than one year to 87b. Someone has posted that maybe it was from interest accruing on the initial debt.

The fact is those that surround Amosun did not tell him the truth or He himself did not want to listen (as if I don't know). It is obvious that the Man lacks experience when it comes to governance.


Let me say that the unfulfilled dreams of the old should become the foundation for the vision Amosun should accomplish. Amosun should not cut himself off of the older generation. He ought to study the old (history) to know their accomplishments and their dreams of the future. He can then advance forward and break out of the limitations of the old to accomplish greater things. Stop confining urself to ur own Idea!!

All of you in Nairaland should listen attentively. Corruption is a Nigerian, It is in our blood even in the blood of children yet unborn. Every body is corrupt. You can not tackle high scale corruption without tackling first corruption in individual homes/families. In fact a time will come when we'll see it as a normal way of life. For now, there is know drastic measure to it other than to start training your children how to be on the right part & pray to God that money should circulate in Nigeria because any individual that does'nt have money would be tempted. If u like, match from Lagos to Abuja, corruption will not go because you!! are corrupt.
