Hello Nokia Care, I am having issues with my Lumia 720 phone. The phone just goes off ( at least the screen is blank) and does not respond at all to any keys. Its been like this since tuesday afternoon, 17 oct. Although if I call it appears to connect but the phone still remain blank.I tried switching off and on but no luck. I had this same problem earlier and the phone ws replaced and now it has started again. Plsssss help.
