Background; mum is a civil servant- submitted appointment letter and all her promotion letters, leave letter, bank statements, utility bills, property title documents, bank statements showing salary inflows (Had a balance of 400k), pictures with her husband and other children in 9ja, pictures from volunteer and religious activities she partakes in, then a cover letter.

Where it was asked how much she would spend towards trip, I used £1 as suggested by a few people here.

For me the sponsor, I submitted 6 months bank statements, payslips, council tax bills, utility bills, MAT B1, my passports, BRP, invitation letter clearly stating I would fund the trip fully.

Try improve your motility. Make some lifestyle changes, eat nuts (Brazil nuts, walnuts, cashew), take fruits, support with recommended supplements like motility boost, Wellman, excercise if you can. Do semen analysis again to see progress. Wishing you all the best 👍👍

Testimony time !!!

I have been following this thread incognito for a while now since my results came out with very low motility and morphology.

Background; Got married 1st qtr 2022, after over 6 months with no issue, my wife was really worried. She started running all forms of test, which all came back normal. We went to a pharmacy to get some supplements for her, then the pharm recommended Wellman Conception for me. I took the one months supply while my wife was taking folic acid and other supplements she was using. After a few months with no show, I decided to run semen analysis and the result was shocking. 4% motility 0% progressive motility, 2% morphology, count was averagely okay at 18mil. It meant I have been the reason for the delay all this while. I was not convinced with the result, so i decided to run the test again after two(2) weeks, the results was similar. Saw a Dr. With the result and she asked that I continue with Wellman for 3 more months, make some life style changes (excersizing more, less hot showers, wearing free underwear, stop smoking) eating lots of zinc rich foods, she specifically asked that i ate Brazil nuts (good for motility) with other nuts. It was very overwhelming for me.

I found this thread and I read almost every page. There were not so many testimonies, however I made sure I read what they all did differently. @Slinkspec testimony really motivated me as her husband’s result was worst than what I had. I picked a number of things from the steps they took through their journey.

Summary of all what I did;
1. Got three months supply for Wellman conception
2. was taking Brazil nuts, cashew nuts, almond, walnut at least thrice a week
3. Eating vitamin c reach fruits, zinc reach fruits
4. Once a week I blended green vegetables and drink (Got this from Slinkspec’s posts)
5. I registered with the gym and spent at least 30 minutes exercising three times a week.
6. In addition to Wellman, I got other supplements like vitamin e, b12, zinc, selenium, co-enzyme 10
7. Stopped wearing boxers to sleep
8. Reduced taking hot showers

From Oct 19th was consistent with all the steps listed above, my wife tested positive last week. Really appreciate all those that have posted about how they got help, these stories give hope to those battling one fertility issue or another. I pray anyone reading this story give their testimony soonest.

Did you do just semen analysis or you have also done semen culture ?

Your result shows low count and motility, morphology is within WHO benchmark. Would advice you see a Urologist so you don’t do try and error with supplements.

If cash is not not your problem, then you can take start taking;

Wellman conception or Motility boost fairhaven
Vitamin E
Vitamin D
Vitamin B12
Zinc supplements
Selenium supplements
Co-enzymes C10q
Take lots of nuts(Brazil nuts, walnuts, cashew)
Eat lots of fresh fruits
Excercise 2-3 times a week
Sleep well

Then take another test after 2-3 months to check if the parameters have improved. Wishing you the best

Repeat the test in another lab, if results remains consistent, you need to see a urologist to identify root cause.

Overall your results seems not too bad.
Count is within the WHO range (15m to 200m) but I would advice you improve on it using recommended supplements.
Morphology is okay
Progressive Motility is below WHO standard of 32%, you can also improve on this parameter.

Treat your staph first though as it might keep affecting other parameters as time goes on.

Do you trust your husband or not ? He registering on a dating app is quite wrong as a married man.

UK cold done dey enter sub zero level and body no be firewood.

Would advice you thread with caution to avoid accusing your husband falsely though. Gather concrete proof before you strike.

Please i urgently need advise on the highlighted part of my result as we have been TTC for 2years and 2months now

Previous result - morphology was 50/50 normal and abnormal but now 85% abnormal

Also, at the time of production, the pathologist said my semen was very thick and the result confirmed the Hyper Viscosity.

Culture came out fine, no infection.
