I paid 38k for him to build a bulk SMS website. The package I paid for was actually 40k but he said there's 2k discount for nairalanders.

I swear to God, no single customer was able to use the website successfully.

I called them to complain and the lame excuse the guy gave was they use only email for customer support. Meanwhile, all our discussions have been on Whatsapp from the beginning.

I didn't mind, I sent them an email. They didn't respond until after months when they wanted to advertise their new scam package to me; dstv, gotv and data subscription reseller.

Please note that I'm still talking of the basic function of the website not to talk of the undelivered apps and other things.
