Crime / RAPE: How To Avoid Stories That Touch. by AbuuBilaal(m): 11:10am On Jul 08, 2019 |
I want to talk about RAPE Firstly, every accused is still a suspect until proven otherwise. It is a great misdeeds to call anyone a criminal without clear proof. It wouldn't harm you to keep quiet. Even a fish in the water would avoid death if it kept it's mouth shut. Secondly, we need to tell our females to avoid situations that could invite rape. This includes the type of dress they wear and the way they walk and stuff. Looking good and confident is not the same as looking sexy. Ponder. Thirdly, our men too should avoid situations that could incite rape accusations. Avoid seclusion with a woman in anyway. If you must then ensure you have a CCTV installed. I remember a guy that a girl accused of rape. According to the guy, she broke his laptop screen and used the accusation to cover-up. It's a crazy world. Just as women can do anything to support a man, they can also do anything to 'deal' with a man, even their husband. Fourthly, avoid sex outside marriage. In Nigeria, there's no rape in marriage law. If you think you can't avoid it then get the girl's explicit permission - spoken or written - and keep it for future reference. I hope this helps. Please add your own tips too. |

The lesson we've learnt during GEJ's era is enough. Women were given a lot of space but they abused it and misused it. In fact their embezzlements no know boundary. I'm not surprised though. It's woman nature. There's no room for any woman again in this country. 1 Like 1 Share |
Politics / Re: RUGA: Association Of Pig Farmers Writes Buhari, Demand “pig Colony” by AbuuBilaal(m): 9:48am On Jul 08, 2019 |
Firstly, comparing pigs to cows is an erroneous comparison. Cows are eating by virtually everybody in the country. I do not know any tribe that doesn't eat beef. Rather, all other meat sources only supplement beef. Secondly, it's a simple issue. Fulanis should take their cattle to the north and let's see who will lose more. Youruba man that can't even manage a dozen goats, how will he get meat for his wedding, naming and other ceremonies. Thirdly, cattle is reared and grazed but pigs are confined. Until pigs are reared like cattle, there's no need for a 'puga' scheme. Fourthly, ruga created to solve a societal nuisance. Meaning that it was born out of necessity. Farmers and cattle owners are struggling for scare resources - green pasture and land - but this isn't the case with piggery. In summary, we should all try to be objective and realistic. A good and peaceful Nigeria will benefit us all. Let's not join hands with trouble makers and agents of anarchy. I rest my case. 13 Likes 10 Shares |

oluwamaich:It's not only unholy, it's also illegal. It's written in the school handbooks that students are given on admission. And that includes southern schools like Obafemi Awolowo university. I read it a decade ago when I got admission. Even in my secondary school our Christian commandant, Lt Colonel Ipinyomi, expelled a number of students for homosexuality. I still remember the case of El-Rozo. This man was a no nonsense commandant. I can't count the number of students he suspended indefinitely. I think a reason for his additional strictness was because his son was also a student in the school. So he wouldn't want his son to contact virus from crazy schoolmates. There was sanity and discipline in our school. That said, I think if all government officials are commanded by the law to only enrol their kids in government school, we'll see unbelievable improvements. 11 Likes |

Mraphel: This is absolute fallacy! No data to back it up just your opinion. Yes, most of them are shy to talk to men, so also most of their men are shy of talking to women. This is absolutely normal in a pervery-free society. However, their culture encourages early marriage. Marriage is too easy there so anyone who decides to be a lesbian is only doing so based on her whims and the virus she has contacted from the west through the internet and movies. 33 Likes 6 Shares |

Properties / Re: House Prices To Fall By 30% In Nigeria by AbuuBilaal(m): 7:59am On Jul 05, 2019 |
Yes, property loses value. And many factors can cause this including; site, situation and economic policies. Site factors refers to the depreciation in the materials holding the building. It also refers to the depletion of soil minerals on a farmland. Situation factors refers to the presence of unfavourable elements around the property. This could be bad roads, presence of refuse dump, siting of a piggery, cemetery or similar features that people find displeasing in their neighbourhood. Economic policies refers to the laws made banks, housing agencies and ministeries and the forces of demand and supply. WinningSun: You get sense! Many people don't know that science (in practice) is guided guess. Many times you need to interpolate data values to fill in voids, estimate values, choose samples instead of the whole population. No scientist can tell you he has perfect knowledge. But our mumu Nigerians think science and scientists are perfect. Well it's easy not to see imperfection if you are light-years behind intellectually, so I understand. If they were perfect why are they making improvements? Or does a perfect thing need improvement? I'm a GIS Analyst and I work closely with researchers and organizations to solve problems. These California people are just like lagosians. Is it by force to live in a city even when you're living in duress and discomfort? Around 3-quarter of their lands is covered by mountains and forests. Even the little left is always threatened by hurricanes, earthquakes and other physical disasters. As big as America it's only California they want to stay. What do I know? There's money in California and there's many perverted and sex hungry people and laws there. Not many hate money and regular sex. 3 Likes |
