Misuse of power is an understatement, you see, when a country is not working every sector/aspect of the country will not work, those police knows that they can kill and go free, they have seen it played out times without any repercussion.

The only time a Nigerian hates power is when it is used against him, my friend got enlisted in the police around 8 years ago, after just two weeks, he was calling me a " civillian" in one of our conversation, I was just laughing, there is something wrong with our foundation on how we view some certain things like use of power, listening to words like " do you know me?" , "do you know who I am" is ridiculous to say the least.

Most people in this country misuse their power at every level they operate, that is why we have a society devoid of human empathy.

There was a time I got stranded many years ago and was fortunate to get a lift from a tanker driver, actually if you are in those heavy trucks all these cars would be so tiny in your sight, a car just breezed past us and this man was lamenting that if it were to be in the dark, he would shove the car into the bush, that he does not understand the kind of audacity the car has to overtake him? I was shocked.

I have a girl i met last week Sunday. I told her i am only interested in a serious relationship. Now the issue is that she doesn't return my calls. But when she eventually picks and i ask her about it, she will say she was really busy and apologize for not returning my call. She's also nice to me when we speak on phone. Normally, I should have deleted her number and completely avoided her but now I am confused about this cos she still apologises and give me reason of being really busy with work. She's a nurse. I believe it's best if you just let it slide. In situations like that, just learn your lesson as much as you can and try to forget the experience.
Personally be it a Guy or a Lady, if we have an agreement to meet up for whatever reason, and the person couldn't make the appointment for whatever reason with no heads up. I live the venue after five minute and I'm never going to reach out not until they do. Same thing with calls there is no way I call you more than once if you missed my calls. I believe there are two reasons while someone will missed your call either them Dont see it or Dont wana talk, I Dont see how calling more than once will help. So if the person return the call after Five years then that's when we talk. its not pride it called self respect. It's funny now 95% of my called get answered and the remaining percent get returned. Funny story I once collected one very good looking girl's number that stylishly told me that it her main line and she get lots of calls on it, she is charging it at home in other word if I called and she couldn't pick I should called back. I smiled and told her that's not going to be a problem. My number will be the only one that called once. LOL

It important to note that I also treat people the way i want to be treated.
