Process takes 26 working days. Start by calling Nat; she would tell you need to do and know, and 26 working days after, you should be called for biometric capture and have your license issued to you.

I was called for bio-metric capturing yesterday and then I got my fresh driver's license.

And it was right on time, also.

The academic calender at the department's notice board indicates that lectures for the new session starts on Friday 14th March, 2015. That might be an error though, because Friday is the 13th.

For MIT...
You pay the due when you take the course form to the department for HOD's signature
And its N5000 (Five thousand naira) only.
You will be given a departmental prospectus.

Am back again
Thanks for the previous helps over the installmental payment issue.
I paid both the obligatory fee and first part of the installmental payment (of course with the bank charges) today

Now my issue is this-
Attempts at registration gives me this notice-: no course was found. Please contact your programme coodinator/course adviser for appropriate courses
What am I not doing right.?
What's to be done?
Anyone faced (or facing) with this challenge?

NB- The installment payment made is actually the first installatment (which is the larger of the two installments)

Looks like you packed both first and second semester courses into the first semester...

As for the screening people, you know they can't know all the courses every dept is doing... Once they see the dept stamp and signature, they'll believe you are good to go.

Say, at the top part of the printed course form, above the table of course names and codes, what semester is indicated there? ... First? Second? Both?? Just asking

Go buy it at SPGS Building. Costs 5K and as heavy as a Biology textbook. You will be issued a receipt.

...By the way, you get to pay another 5k at the department for... wait for it... ANOTHER PROSPECTUS (Computer Science department). Hilarious!!!

At the screening, a lady that registered for both semesters was actually sent back to correct it; told to register for ONLY First semester, for course registration is semester by semester.

Registration done! MIT.

Has anyone who registered for first semester only, completed registration/screening process?

MIT lectures are Friday evenings and Saturdays... though we could reach an agreement with our coordinators to move it all to Saturdays, I think.
Installmental payment, no idea. Reg at dept level.

Please what's the process for switching from FT to PT.

I applied and got admission for FT Computer Science but I want to switch to MIT which is PT.

Also, please what's the cost for MIT. How many sessions/semesters too?

MIT is 4 semesters... Payment Advice yields 225k for Tuition. As per the switch, you might need to go to the Dept to find out.

Seems you get assigned a Matriculation number on the portal, once you register for your courses. And that would be used for subsequent logins... hmmm.... Reg no. has changed to Matric no. in Bio Data form and online receipts also.
