Northern Youths, na apology una wan chop? You people better grab their balls and squeeze real hard for them to settle you. It won't be a bad idea if they are escorted to the world beyond. Those crooks don fool and cheat you people for too long. Wake up from your slumber, Northern Youths. |
In fact, I gathered from a very reliable source that there is serious mumbling and grumbling by military pensioners as those of them who opted out of the PENCOM Scheme recently have been grossly underpaid. I learnt they were paid half of their entitlements by the military pensions board. I think this is a wrong time to toy with the benefits of ex-soldiers beacuse of the security situation in the country. They could easily be hired by Boko Haram, MEND and other militant groups to cause further damage to this country. The ealier those in charge of ex-soldiers benefits refund the remaining balance the better for the security of this country. |

By the way, where is larryshow4u? Gone oblivion for good. ![]() |
So, this guy was made a moderator despite support for fraudulent car dealer like Larryshow4u? Disappointed! ![]() https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-645502.0.html |
https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-645502.0.html. Larry told us he had biz partners/contacts in Naija in above thread. Why has he not used them to settle the issue since he claimed it is CHICKEN change? @shade,Hmnn. Na wa o! ![]() Let this be an eye-opener to wouldbe car buyers to be wary of LARRYSHOW4U. |
You are Killing a Fly with a Sledge HammerThis is partia. Why should you delete my admonition to Larry and let his insult on me be? Na wa o. |
^^Moderator, my post has disappeared. Why naa? Is fighting corruption wrong? ![]() |
i feel like beating this guy up. . . . . . . .Idoit where u dey stay self? ![]() |
@Inspired, Chairman, please dont close this thread yet.I have answered all questions concerning my interest in this issue. You may click back and read. I know and we all know that delays do happen in biz. But when a delay stretches the patience of a customer to its elastic limit, it becomes dangerous. The customer in question did not shout on NL the day the car was delivered without the alloy rim ( You can confirm this from the customer's posts). I agree with you that "A dealer that deliver thousand of naira worth of car will deliver couple of 100 naira worth of Wheels", but after how many weeks or even months? The buyer wants to enjoy his car (fruit of his labour) just like Larry is enjoying his vac abroad . Abi no be so? |
Why do People Love to Fight ? Huh HuhLOL We are not fighting o, oga Inspired. Just jaw-jawing (key-keying) to set things right. ![]() Exactly. Larry should tell buyer when to refund or supply the allow rim. Buyer has asked same question but Larry has dodged the question and instead continued to lecture me on how long it has taken him to build reputation. I believe Larry does not even know what reputation is, that is why he failed to nip the ugly deal in the bud and now everybody percieves the stench of the skeleton in his cupboard. |
Larry was empowered with funds by the buyer to procure a vehicle which he did procure and deliver without any hiccup(He didn't go into hiding with the buyer's fund and am sure he never would) but as stated before, the alloy rim that was suppose to be put was not there(Variegated reasons could have caused this). If Larry did not supply the alloy rim with the car after being paid, it means Larry has breached the contract. And since the customer has run out of patience for the rims (or whateva) to be delivered, it means Larry is not taking his customer's satisfaction serious. Please, could Larry and Benvin tell us how long the car has been delivered without the alloy rim? |
AceJam, it would appear you're determined to court controversy here, you're like a dog with a bone, jeeze! Let the two parties concerned iron things out their own way. Or are you merely out for Larry's blood? Because right now, you come across as one who's had personal dealings with Larry, and gotten your fingers burnt.. Sorry to have tampered with your solitude once more. I have nothing personal against Larry. It is Larry who has continued to prolong this issue. Instead of settling the guy, he is busy telling me how "up there" he is. Bullshit. The attitude of standing unconcerned when a brother is being cheated has encouraged more dubious deals in this section. It is our responsibility to wage war against dubious cardealers, and send them packing. We must be our brother's keeper. |
@acejam,Frankly, I have nothing personal against Larry. I am only trying to call larry to order; to do biz the right way. I am also trying to refresh the mind of all car dealers in this forum, and particularly this autos section, that clients want maximum satisfaction from the deals, no half measure will be tolerated. Oga Shola, do you understand my point now? |
@acejam,Larry, be truthful for once. How can you be on vac tour outside West Africa and you are still hustling for cotonou car deals? Fellow NL, is any one on vac not supposed to be enjoying himself, away from biz? This my guy is on NL hustling for pepper and he is telling us he is outside West Africa. See his thread: https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-312491.608.html. Na wa o |
@Acejam, ![]() |
Hello every one,Try femmy2010. I am convinced he will deliver. Check here: https://www.nairaland.com/nigeria/topic-506919.736.html |
Mr Larryshow4u,Why have you not answered this? You keep on saying it took you ages to build reputation, is it on paper that you build reputation? Stop saying it and just do it, |
What Next for Suspended Stockbroking Firms? April 12, 2011, 2119hrs, Saheed KARIBE At a compliance meeting held by the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) with the CEOs of stock broking firms on the 7th of January, 2011; the riot act was read to the brokers with regards to the need to enforce the existing capital requirements. The management of the Exchange represented that all dealing member firms should ensure that they shore up their capital base to the minimum of N70 million and render their quarterly account regularly or face being barred from the market. Barely two weeks after the meeting was held, the NSE released names of fifty-seven (57) stockbroking firms with inadequate shareholders fund and immediately suspended such firms from trading on the floor. The exchange later added four (4) more dealing member firms to take the total number of firms affected to sixty-one (61). Among the companies suspended were: Adamawa Securities Limited, Afrinvest West Africa Limited, BGL Securities Limited, Century Securities Limited, Cowry Asset Management Limited, Diamond Securities Limited, First Inland Securities Limited, FIS Securities Limited, Nigerian Stockbrokers Limited, UBA Stockbrokers Limited, Vision Trust and Investment Limited, Pivot Trust and Investment Company Limited, Sigma Securities Limited and Eurocomm Securities Limited. Some of these firms responded positively to this development/requirement – noting that arrangements had been underway to comply but for the hiatus created at the exchange – and have since complied. According to our records at Proshare, twenty (20) dealing member firms have since complied with the directives while forty-one (41) are still classified as having ‘inadequate shareholders funds’ as at 3rd of March, 2011. Follow this link to view the list of affected firms The question now is this – would the NSE use this situation to send a signal as regards its disposition to rules, supervision and enforcement by 1. Announcing an extension to the time limit which expired on March 31st 2011; or 2. Withdrawing the dealing or/and brokerage licences of these firms; or 3. Setting up an incentive scheme where guidance can and will be provided for firms willing to merge and a support service to help those unable to merge come together under a ‘scheme of merger’; or 4. Announcing a spilt in services between dealing and brokerage services with revised capital requirements; or lastly 5. Adopting any combination of the above. Whichever decision comes out from the exchange, it is important for the market to know that things will never be the same again. What is now left to be answered is how soon will these inevitability happen and what guidance will the NSE be providing both the operators, investors and general public on how this process will be managed. Uncertainty is not what the market needs at this time. It is time we confront this matter and get it over with, within the rules of the market and a dose of common sense. See here for those firms that have complied and those yet to comply: http://www.proshareng.com/news/singlenews.php?id=13185 |
^^^^^^^^^^^Stop joking there. This is a serious issue of breach of contract. ![]() |
@acejam,Keep lying to us that you were abroad. on vac tour. I'm sure if the guy had not shouted on Nl you would have still kept him incommunicado. Know it that, as you are hustling to survive, that is how the guy too is stuggling to make life better for himself. Abeg, Settle the guy and lets forget all these long stories. |
AceJam, I'm not a car dealer, as many on here will testify. I have never advertised, or sold a car on Nairaland. I do not buy and sell cars off Nairaland either, so you're wrong there.First, let me apologise for referring to you as a car dealer. Maybe, because I've come across many of your threads on auto section discussing cars. My bad there and I tender my unreserved apology for that. From the post of benvin, it is obvious that there is a foul car deal, whether it is tyre o, or no jack, or whatever, it is clear that benvin has been shortchanged. I can read in between the lines that benvin does not want to spill the beans, probably benvin is a gentleman who respects others. I can feel the pain and anger of benvil when he told larryshow4u this, "Mr Larryshow 4u, Have I not written to you severally and you refused to acknowledge my mails. Have I not called you times without number and you still refused to pick my calls. Please respect yourself and do what you are supposed to do.". Definately, you don't need a prophet to explain this to you. As per you saying that I should tender an apology to larryshow4u, I'm shocked to my bone-marrows. don jazz you? . Joke apart, larryshow owes me an apology for arousing sentiments in some hitherto respected car dealers in this forum who have behaved ungentlemanly towards me. Ok, don't bother because I have laughed off the insults knowing this happens on NL sometimes. ![]() However, I will still hold unto my stance that clients want good services. If any dealer, larryshow inclusive, can not deliver, he should not take up the deal. A deal is an agreement and an agreement is a contract and a contract is legally binding and must be fullfilled to the letter. Advise larryshow to treat benvins case sharp sharp. I rest my case. |
@chelseabmw,Ha! Na wa o . Hey man, stop basking in the euphoria of rigged support from some innocent souls whom you have led astray. Be reminded that honesty remains the best policy. |
@Acejam, I can see you just some jobless Nairalander looking around to make silly troubles. Did the person requested for Larryshow4 tell you i collected his money and run away. He has his reasons his looking for me and if you mind to know, i got him a car and its delivered already, and he requested me to help him get an alloy wheel which wasn't delivered with the car and now i am out of Nigeria at the moment and i made arrangement for my other co-workers to credit his account. Which once its done, i would give him a call to inform him.Surely, you are out of Nigeria because you are in Cotonou. ![]() Naija sweet o. See a wanted criminal calling me "silly" and "jobless" (bites finger and shakes head).. No matter how silly and jobless I may be, I will NOT be dishonest in biz. I will therefore advise you to stop hiding and settle the guy, you jobfull cheat!! ![]() |
Another monkey who just escaped from the zoo. . . . . .U monkey r just here on NL looking for problems. . . . .If u guys want problem then i will be happy to give u problem too. . . .Instead of your yam head to see how u will settle what so ever have happened,u r just there sitting in a cyber cafe looking for trouble. . . .NonsenseBlind loyalty is not the best, my bros. Advise your friend to be honest in his biz deals. Period. |
@Siena,I personally don't know you, but from your posts on NL, I can vouche that you have zero tolerance for cheats. You have always hammered on customer satisfaction and I don't know why my frankness for justice will offend you in this matter. Regards. |
From the responses here, it would appear Benvin has already made contact with Larry. As long as Benvin is satisfied with the responses he's had so far, you have no right to fan the flames. It would appear you're fanning the flames, and courting controversy. It wouldn't do to put a transaction in jeopardy, thus risking any funds that might have changed hands. Stop creating mischief, just because you're looking to sit back and enjoy an online war of words between buyer and seller.Hey Siena, I know you are a car dealer and wouldn't do that to your client. I'm not a trouble maker but hate any one stealing by trick. Why should he refuse to pickup calls and respond to emails from the client? Don't you see any hanky-panky biz there? Only criminal minded and dodgey mindsets will do that. If Larryshow4u is not sincere as a car dealer, he should be told FRANKLY to keep off car biz and other people's money. It could be me or any other person for that matter, that's why I am so concerned. |
@benvin,Please, settle the guy before you leave town o. Don't give oher genuine and serious auto dealers on NL a bad image before you vamoose to God knows where. @benvin!It appears you've done a foul car deal on this guy. If his money is with you and you can not fulfil the contract, refund his money (I'm sure you have his bank account details). |
Why are you lookiing for him? Has he run away with your money? |
Why the laughter naa? If this solves the problem, let it be. |
Oga Seun, Jamace is banned again. This is becoming an embarrassment to me. Your bot bans me at will. I don't post spam or scam. Or has my Id entered into your black book? Unban jamace, please. Thanks. |
