The next gov.C will keep embeziling state fund by enriching his cohort and his family members without thinking of how to pay workers their monthly salaries___at end of the day his image makers will rush to radio and television to broadcast his wonders.
Others maybe trying to touch every sectors of their state thereby making it difficult to notice most of his/her laudable achievement.

Security shouldnot be exempted because they are like a president in their small country,they have the three organs of govt...so they make law.
