Really guys when and if calls commence, do not hesitate to share as this thread seems to hv just gone unusually quiet.u would think only SH candidates were here n since 90% of them as against 10% of merit candidates were called in the first batch.they hv no use for this thread any longer. I suggest since this next batch will contain lots of merit csndidates, we shd all come out to be happy for those who get selected n also share experiences.

Successful candidates that were not called, those that rejected their letters, and those that there lines were not reachable and dont know anybody to collect their letters on their behalf will get their names replaced with candiates on 'standby' supplementary list. If you dont know anybody at this point, please forget Dpr and move on with your lives. And if you have strong person that can get you into the supplementary list please do so. And remember 750 slots were approved for DPR to recruit, 116 OND and 400GT/EH were recruited remaining 234 slots to be filled, and everything must be concluded before election.

Cant imagine Anyone rejecting offer at this point

Realistically d best u can hope for is people here are a subset of all applicants so d best stata u can hope for is 400/3800 which is abt 10% not 45%

There's a total points for everyone is allowed to reach, The points/mark has a limit let's say 10 for you to pass your interview.

Example of Points break as follows:

Only B.Sc is 5 points
B.Sc.+M.Sc is 6 points
B.Sc + PhD is 7 points
Dressing + composure 1 point
Answer to Technical question 1 point
Answer to current affairs 1 point
Readiness (coming with your pen) 0.5 point
Professional qualification 0.5 point

As someone whose opinion i value strongly on this thread, I applied as EH HR. I studied Biochem but i hv an MBA and an MSC.. Do you also think i would hv been weeded out ifo those who hv BSC. HR?

I can confirm this is true cos my interviewer said all of u...na hr hr u pik.....n u didnt study hr. And all of u peroirmed so well.wht will we now do.anyway hr is not a professional course, it is a management course.u hv mba abi....also i was interviewed in the first week.

I must confess the aptitude test felt like a stroll in the park for me; Baba God was over-involved but everyday since then I keep replaying the “video” of my interview in my head (If you watch the TV series “Black Mirror”; you would know what I am talking about lol).

I had two interviewers, one was on the dominant side asking the questions while the other was a little bit passive. As you guessed I knew the drill, make eye-contact with the Alpha in the room but don’t also ignore the other. I was asked exactly three questions, which I answered to the best of my ability.

At the end of the interview, the Passive interviewer seemed unexpectedly elated about a rather random little detail the person saw on my profile but for the love of me I couldn’t get a read off the dominant interviewer. “Thank you, That is all” the person said. With no facial expression to give me any hint of my perceived performance

Which begs my question, regarding our interview score; do the interviewers agree then one of them inputs it or they both input different scores on their laptops (which is then summed up).

I don't understand all this FCC thing. Yes they are the body to confirm the rightness of this recruitment but that is all that is expected of them.

The date the APL will be distributed is no concern of FCC. DPR might decide to submit the list on monday and ensure the Certificate of compliance is issued same week if they followed due process. On the other hand FCC might issue the COC and DPR will still choose not to distribute the APL. FCC can not do anything about it.

The bottom line is, DPR holds the aces as long as the recruitment is probably 80% fair. So i so much believe the Ferguson guy and his source at DPR. For God's sake he has been spot on in his earlier predictions.

You can't expect people to believe you after saying DPR will recruit only 93 GT and EH and thst the OND recruited were only 27.

This means the FCC source you have doesn't know about DPR proceedings. Probably he is just in the watchout when the list will get to FCC.

Lets hope Ferguson prediction checks out as his previous.

Maybe that’s why XXape never responded to the FCC question.

Waiting this long can make people become cynical. This post makes sense and I believe it but how do we get a sense of wht we scored for apt test. Did d batches in each region hv anythn to do with it?
