This is NOT alarm, it's just a deception!!! Let me categorically tell you that this stupidity ONLY happened in Nigeria. For every information, there MUST be source. If it's serious country, the security agencies will question him as to where he get the information and dig very dip until the truth is prevailed. If he cooked up the story just to achieve a certain political aim, then he'll definitely face the consequences no matter how highly placed he is in the authority. But in our own case everyone can say anything at will. In any serious country, information is the KEY to address any security challenge. The Rep Member should thank God that I'm neither IGP nor DSS. He would've by now voiced out how reliable is the story, this is VERY SERIOUS national security threat that needed urgent attention. He should've addressed security agencies but certainly NOT the press. Enough of this Nollywood drama with the lives of innocent citizens

Alex Ekwueme died and in 1week Oko in ANAMBRA STATE has street lights everywhere, In 1week d bad road from to Ekwulobia to Oko has been reconstructed, in 1week the walls of Saint John Anglican Church (ie the church next to ekwueme's house) has been rebuilt, in 1week a field filled with air conditioned tents has been mounted just in one week!!! This is how Plateau people started and after it became too much for them, they had to embrace dialogue. When we speak, people think we support fulani herdsmen. What i know about fulanis is that they will always come back for revenge even if it is after 100 years and what they will do will be devastating.

The best solution to this is to identify the various fulani communities in these states and hold their leaders responsible in case of any perceived fulani attack on farms or people. This way, they will help fish out the real perpetrators of the killings.


And I repeat, attacking these guys will only lead to more deaths, the fulanis have nothing to lose because they have no land and houses but the locals have a whole lot to lose.. Let wisdom prevail.

Guy, Good point,not all churches teach rubbish, some churches have shapened alot of lives intellectually, most of my churchy course mates were the best in my class, with sound mind and sound reasoning. Check out churches like

Salvation Ministry, you will see sound reasoning @ times beyond the reasoning of some contemporary Nigeria Youth.
some of these pastors equip their members to face live and to become better members of the society.
They are alot of churches that are improving lives by via God's word.
Don't blame the problems of lack of inventions on the churches, only 10% of students are committed to church on our campuses, why haven't the 90% invented something.
I stand with the school policy though.
But mockery and blames of our poor academic productivity shouldn't be given to churches.

I visit Uniben regularly. Every classroom is a fellowship. The walls are defaced with stickers for one program or other. The hostels host various cells and denominations. This is particularly pronounced on Ekewan campus. Is that the essence of going to college ?
Despite the preponderance of fellowships and churches, Uniben still boasts of cultists and runs-girls. So what is the essence ?

Nigerians have completely lost it. We zig when the world zags and later we ask what went wrong. While undergrads in the US and Europe are starting companies and doing research, studying to better their lives and societies, our youth are becoming indoctrinated with religion. Michael Dell started Dell computers in his dorm room, Facebook was started on campus, Google was the result of a postgraduate project, FedEx began as a term paper. Here we do nothing except produce campus politicians and future pastors that go on to milk the external population.
My advice: worship quietly in your rooms or the chapels provided.

Daddy Freeze and Uniben are on point 100%. We cannot all be insane at the same time.
