I'll advice you go to your bank head office. When you get there, please cry if you can, roll on the floor if possible. Or better still request for their customers service line. Before you know it you will be attended to. Which bank are you using? Maybe I can help you with their customers service line. |

Akexstinger: What’s the status of your TRMS form? Is it showing “ with ADB reviewer or ADB Supervisor? And which bank did you use as your Authorized dealer bank? If it is showing ADB reviewer or supervisor , then hurry up to the bank with your TRMS pdf saved page, certificate, Int’l passport, letter of acceptance showing your details and then payment instruction from CIBC , Flywire or other paying channel and meet your customer care department or forex department. They will follow up with your AF number and give you tentative date when your account will be debited. If you use GTB, it will almost one month, if you use first Bank , it will take more than one month. So always use banks with less traffic like FCMB, Sterling bank, arewa bank, keystone etc and banks that are known for good international payment like UBA. I applied since on the 13th of January and just got debited on the 9th of February when it was my deadline for payment of tuition balance. I didn’t know that I have to go to my ADB to be disturbing them after applying on TRMS website thinking that it will be automatic, it was later on I searched online and I saw from websites that you have to keep disturbing your ADB with your AF numbers , so I started that just two weeks ago and my bank replied me with a tentative date when the money will taken from my account and the time too. So it happened on the exact date and time . So I am waiting for the school and the CIBC to send me notifications that they have seen my payment and I will forward it to IRCC as part of tuition fee balance payment as instructed on letter of acceptance by my school. I am due to resume school by May 9 and applied for visa since January 4th. Still on background check is processing we will notify you if we need more information from you. I ordered for my GCMS note last week. I did medical upfront and it was updated to pass on January 17 and background check commenced on 21st Thanks so much for the info. My TRM is showing ADB supervisor. I used UBA. I will visit my bank today. Applied for visa 16th December. Eligibility started on the 9th February, I did my upfront medical November 30 and it was updated to passed 23 December. I am due to resume school by 9th of may. Conestoga college keep sending mails as if I'm the only international student they're expecting. |

Congratulations obibaby. Obibaby: PPR timeline God did, to Him be all the Glory!!!
Started my school application around April last year. I applied to 3 colleges and I got admissions for the 3. I had to choose one against others around June. I couldn't apply for visa early due to some family stuff. Both school application and visa were done by me. I was also assisted in getting schools to apply to by my sister who is in Canada and I then applied to them. My program was for January this year but I applied for visa in November and I had to defer cz I wasn't going for online classes. I got my new letter of admission after 2 days and that same day I submitted it to IRCC through webform. I didn't get any notification that they received it though but,a,,# I trusted God that it went smoothly to them. God helped me, He guided me and He made everything easy for me. I am eternally grateful to God!! This afternoon I reminded God that there shall be no delay nor denial cz that has been my request to Him since the beginning. He did it!!

Congratulations Gennyoma19: PPR Alert Guys!!!
P:S The application is for my fiancée. However, I was 100% involved in the second application. (we started dating in 2021)
Second Application - November 5th, 2021 First application in 2020 was refused based on purpose of visit, home ties and personal assets.
A quick backstory he has was studying for Masters and applied for a Post Graduate Certificate. He disclosed this in his first application.
What he I feel he did wrong in the first application: 1. He was not done with the Masters at the time he applied in 2020. (He studied in an Asian country) 2. His course of study did not really align with his background and he did not properly explain the reason for choosing that program in his SOP. 3. The Masters program is higher than the PGC Certificate. 4. Personal assets ( no need going into much details). We all know how IRCC operates with this refusal reason. Having enough money is not really a guarantee.
What we did differently: 1. Requested for GCMS notes, analyzed the refusal reasons and how to tackle them. 2. Changed course of study to a more related course. Though we still maintained a PGC 3. Had his sponsor Deposit his living expenses in his account. 4. Wrote a well structured letter of explanation and statement of purpose highlighting how the course of study will impact him and his home country and the opportunities available in this field in Nigeria. 5. Attached landed documents. 6. Added a co-sponsor for elaborate demonstration of proof of funds. 7. Prayed fervently.
Note: We still went ahead with the application despite him not being done with the Masters still. Although, it was properly explained in the LOE.(for once strong head don good).
*Application Submitted: November 5th, 2021 *Submission Confirmation: November 6th *Medical Request: 21st January, 2022 *Medicals done: 2nd February *Updated to pass: 4th February *Eligibility review: I really don’t know when it started. It is still showing we are reviewing whether you meet the requirements. *PPR and Correspondence Letter : 9th February, 2022.
Last last na God run everything. All glory belongs to him alone!!!
Documents Submitted: All IMM forms Letter of Admission Bank statements (MBS) of both sponsors and applicant Employment Letter Landed documents (Survey plan) Tuition receipt Affidavit of Support Letter of Sponsorship Family pictures Study Plan (one and half page) Letter of Explanation (2 pages)
Thanks to Nairaland and you all that steadily give value on this thread. Everything I know and applied on the application was from this thread. I never travel before. I appreciate you all. Those that answered my questions, may God bless you. I wish everyone in waiting PPR. Amen! |

Congratulations Tobe1997, I received grace ijn. December 16 applicants. tobe1997: Ist time Applicant, I really cannot contain my joy. I first started my Canada journey by wanting to go through FSW Express Entry. I was already in the process and trying to boast my points for ITA. But because of the hold on FSW I had to look for an alternative, and I found nairaland and this wonderful thread. Then I started seeing people's testimonies about working with frankrobbn, immediately I told myself I was going to use him to package my application, since it's a situation of throwing all eggs in a basket. I also got amazing friends from this platform (Donald's im waiting for your own ppr lol and Dami tanks for guiding me) that helped me through it all. Also my mum was my sponsor and I work for her. indeed this thread is great and very useful. PS: If you are looking for an agent do not hesitate to contact Frankrobbn (F&Rglobal) to help you package your application,it is tested and trusted.lol I sent mails to Abuja and Nairobi from Jan 5th,4 daily. Got some generic response but I kept sending, even went as far as ordering notes. I won't be needing it anymore
