A litre of crude cost almost $0.45. When you factor the cost of processing + profit you will understand why petrol is expensive. Previous governments are responsible for your entitlement mentality. Petrol was never cheap. Someone was paying part of the cost for every litre you bought.

X would be about 1000 or 1000+. so DANGOTE PMS would be more expensive than imported fuel. Smh!

If you have lived in the north in the 90s and early 2000s, you would have known that these things that are happening today, were inevitable. For whatever reason, the north intentionally criminalised education. You will get to the road and see dozens of small children in their thousands, clutching dirty bowels begging for food. I mean, how do you allow your own child to eat from the same place with streets dogs? How do you not know that without any education and training, they're bound to be criminals and most importantly, how do you allow any religion or preacher to convince you that subjecting your own son to such beastial treatment is the surest path to heavens? We are dealing with the consequences of that evil tradition, because all these terrorist groups recruit from the alamajiri hordes..

Honestly the biggest challenge in the North right now is the number of out of school kids and the consequences now that continues in the nearest future just like you have highlighted. There are also other factors contributing to the insecurity up north,. There should be a calculated attempt to control the population up north so people would only have kids they can cater for. The porous borders is also another factor. Almajiri system of education has alot of challenges and the way it is set up @ the moment will not give desired outputs. The Northern Governors need to seat up.

My take; the employer knew the guy had some shortcomings and he tried to manage him, still yet he failed. yea its really high but the truth is that the landing cost of a liter of fuel cannot be less than a dollar anywhere and anyhow u access the refined product. As long as the pressure remains on our FX, the price of pms would be around 1k and above. Let dangote start sales so we can see where we stand as a country.

these hostages would have been released if a ceasefire deal was agreed. If isreal want the remaining hostages alive, I would want to believe that a deal would be the best option. I am very sure the hamas fighters would continue to slaughter the hostages as soon as the IDF comes close to rescue. Netanyahu is just up in his ego. If his child was a captive in this same scenario would he continue this same approach? He should listen to his defense chief and see reasons in his argument.
