If the guy know sey everything go pan out clean and clear, him for collect that money. No be police again?
Modified, Police wey accident happened people die they were busy searching dead people's pocket to remove money and other valuables talk less of this one who's case death is not mentioned? If police don ever do you strong thing, u go know wetin I dey talk. the least you could have done was to put a good word out here for the policeman, still yet a negative one. I think the police man deserves commendations for doing good in an institution where there are bad eggs. His actions shows that not all policemen are bad as the image of the Nigerian POLICE has been damaged by the bad eggs in the system. |

Definitely poverty affects erection. If you're passing through a rough patch and your cracking your head on how to move and get your life back, I dont think you will be well motivated to have sex or even perform well. Between everything starts from the mind. The poor people you guys are talking about having children, tbh they might be comfortable in their poverty because they are used to it, so its not a problem. This man lost his job and he is not in his usual financial state. So yes hunger can affect erection and sex performance. |

Obainoman6: it's normal thing na, normally the poor should obtain from the rich in order to get rich. life is all about kill, steal and dominate. There's nothing wrong in what that driver did period! how much are they paying him and is it enough? Nigerian employers like to abuse and exploit their workers too I am totally disappointed in the part where you wrote that nothing is wrong in what the driver did. What the driver did is wrong and it should be condemned. It behoves on employers to pay their employees a decent wage, but for whatever reason, if he knows the wage offered him was poor, he should have rejected the offer. But for whatever it is, that guy is a pure thief. Who steals on his first day of work and takes the loot to church to give testimony. That guy is a hardened criminal that should be locked in jail. Even you too, you are guilty for supporting him😀😀 |

Kingdavid579: How will they pay salaries wey their boss instructs them to do so since they cannot enter into the office?
I Like my man, Wike, the greatest politician of all time.
An agreement is an agreement.
If Wike promises to deliver development and sound leadership, he will keep his promise.
Let's keep ours too.
He has done his part; if the deal was to honor him after installing him as governor, then he must be honored.
A deal is a deal.
As it stands, FABURA won't go far in politics because he can't even maintain a good relationship with his boss. this is personal between him and Wike. The part I dont understand is setting a whole state on fire because of this disagreement. How do we think as a people in Nigeria. Wike should find a way to tackle this issue without truncating democracy and formenting violence in the state. This is totally wrong. One man's ambition should not be protected about the interest of the people of a state and Nigerians in that state. This is truly a sad time for democracy. |

StreetFight: Okay.
Continue to work towards State of Emergency.
How can Nigerian Police be allowed to lock up LG Secretariats? I thought the so called Rivers Elders and the Rivers Youths would have beat up and stripped all the Nigerian Police personnel by now? What are they waiting for nah? Just go and beat up and injure the Police nah, shebi you have killed two Policemen already. Continue what you have started so that Nigerian Army will be deplored. State of Emergency don start be that. Ewu Gambia. I know it wasn't the Pro Fubara youths abd supporters that maimed or kill any policeman and another people, we know the game going on. The killing is part of an orchestrated plan, calculated to call a state of emergency in the state. Because of one man, a whole state will be burning. Nigeria is truly cursed and we need to set our minds right as citizens of this country. This is very very shameful and embarrassing. Today I feel ashamed to be a Nigerian! |
Politics › Re: Rivers Plans Parallel Secretariats As Police Bar Fubara Caretaker Chairmen by adabaraabdul: 7:54am On Jun 20, 2024 |
The president should call Wike to order. The people of Rivers state and the common Nigerians are suffering for the unrest in Rivers. This man was duly elected by the people of Rivers, let Wike allow the man rule the state peacefully. If there was any agreement btwn them, I believe nothing like that is constitutional, he should find a way to tackle his differences with the Government not truncating democracy totally in the state. If they declare a state of Emergency in Rivers state, it means the presidency is not allowing the tenets of democracy to flourish in the state. This is a strong litmus test for Mr. President. |

Wasky101: Leave politics aside do you honestly think the minimum wage for civil servants should be 60k. That's is the most unproductive organization In the country. 10% of them are outside the country. Some haven't gone to work this year.
They are the most corrupt (even more than the politicians).
If you leave civil servants without salary they wld survive on bribe they take from citizens.
80% of them work less than 12 hrs per week.
Again forget politics. Judge by their conduct do you think they deserve it I think all public and civil servants deserve a pay rise to at least N300k and more. There are rules to civil service and it is called the civil service rules. These are the rules that guide the civil servants. If civil servants are not productive or not going to work at all just like you insinuated, then Government must come out with a policy that will end the redundancy in civil service. But as long as Government doesn't care about efficency and productivity, then they must pay civil servants a manageable minimum wage, after all our president promised Nigerian workers a decent living wage. 62k cannot be a decent living wage! |

Let's be honest. Nigeria can't afford to fight two wars on different fronts. These boys should be in the north securing the country, every single political and terror problems in the south is something dialogue and slight change of policies can handle. Politics › Re: Minimum Wage Committee Meeting Postponed Indefinitely by adabaraabdul: 7:10am On May 29, 2024 |
dollar124: Everybody seems to be supporting this labour demands now hmmm. My question is how many percent of Nigerian work force are employed by government? Who will pay people under private sector and SME their own minimum wage? Are we ready for the kind of hyperinflation that will make what we are currently facing look like child's play this labour proposed minimum wage will cause if approved? OPS (Organised Private Sector) is on the same side with government, they are satisfied with what Government is proposing. My question is what percentage of Nigerians are employed by FG that will cause the hyperinflation you are saying. Btwn Government doesn't even give Labour alternatives to lowering the proposed minimum wage. Labour has released the template used in calculating how those figures were arrived at. The Government should be serious in providing some of the services public servant will spend money on, so the money budgeted for such can be removed from the minimum wage list. The summary of the whole meeting so far is that Government is insensitive to the plight of Nigeria workers and they don't care. N60,000.00 cannot be the reasonable minimum living wage the President promised. I am shocked! |

Dogalmighty17: Some people have a genetic trigger that makes them add weight without effort. Anything they eat gets transferred to body fat. Some can however eat anything and everything and still not gain weight due to high metabolism. That's nature at work.
This young man's case was near hopeless. If he had pursued an aggressive weight loss drive, his kidneys would have packed up eventually. That's not even what happened in this case. Too much fat around his organs, weakened the muscles around them. Multiple organ failure was inevitable. He was already doomed whether he had chosen to lose weight or not.
Genetics can be a factor, yes. But genetics will never make anyone as fat as this. Lifestyle choices is what makes people add this kind of weight. so are u saying if the lifestyle was managed better from the onset, perhaps he wouldn't have gone to a helpless state? |
