@all,i will like to contribute my own views concerning this issue.I applied through the link supplied by DEJAVU & Co supplying wrong address and one of my unused mtn nos yesterday.To my suprise this morning when i inserted the sim card i received a text message from MTN-NG congratulating me that i have won 1million naira.
How could i have won 1million naira when i did'nt even applied for the so-called promo?I think this explain it all to everybody that we should beware of the above link generated by DEJAVU & Co(Evil People).At the same time i am highly disappointed in DEJAVU and Co coz of there involvement in this dubious act.Nairalands,lets leave them all.My prayer is that one day they will have to pay for this.

Yea, a person with 10g certification can work on 11g platform, its a matter of upgrading to 11g, 11g is just starting in Nigeria and just few IT Trainning institute can take it.
Define ur career path first and see if you are comfortable with databases. if you can send ur email, i would try to forward some relevant material to u on 11g

personally, i wud go for oracle, if you can do oracle you have an advantage cos it has been upgraded from 10g to 11g, which very few people are certified in, moreover as big organization are now using linux ( which most people cannot find their way round) i wud advise you do oracle 11g on linux and i can promise you you wud have offers pouring in, most people only do the OCA ( oracle certified associate) and stop, meanwhile you must become a professional in it by wring the OCP before you can boast of being ok but on the other hand, java which is basically abt programming aint easy but can be attained
but its ur interest that matters, if u av have interest, u can always cope.

@kvolander,i think by now you should be able to determine which career path best suit you coz i mst say landers have deeply contribute one way or the other.
As for me,i am still on exactly wat i told you then coz i am speaking 4rm little experience i have.I also have a degree in comp sc with series of professional trainning/exam in Networking and yet hav'nt secure my desired job,so wat wil i do dan to kip digging for my future job and also,keep striking all the necessary professional courses.

@all.you guys have really done a great job here.@kvolander,i think you need to have a re-think before taking that step,wat is happening to you right now is also happening to everybody in their various field.Also,we all know that as far as Nigeria is concerned,all these so called employers are not ready to employ a novice,they all want an experienced person and moreover,switching to IT now implies you are a beginner and for you to be a professional in this field it will definately take you some time depending on how really you have interest in it.
My brother,right now in your current field you a professional and nobody can refer to you as a novice.so i will advice you keep digging and definately somthing will come up.
