The Rav4 is the better choice but u will not get a good rav4 2006 to 2008 for ur budget. A good one will cost u at lest 5.5/6.5m if ure lucky.

If ur buddget is less than 5m then ur best choice here will be the matrix 2005 to 2007 model for something really good.

The Crv 2007/2008 is not a durable or rugged car unless u have good roads in ur area and not going to overflog the car with long distance drives. Cheers.

Since then, all efforts to transfer my items to Benin seem futile.

Lots of people overlook the importance of coaches. You may be very talented but if you don't have a coach to manage your skills, you may lose competitive matches. I'll share my story.

I was one of the best table tennis players in my university days. So during our sports competition, I was to face an opponent everyone believed I was better than. Infact, just few people came to watch the match because they thought it was a walk over. I was so over confident that I didn't practice.

Now this my opponent also knew I was better than him but he had a COACH and I had none ( I felt I needed none ). His coach gave him training sessions before the match day and on the match day , the coach was present.

We were to play best of 5 , that is if I win 3-0, game over , but if it's drawn at 2-2, we play the last game and get a winner.

I noticed at intervals, the coach whispered somethings into my opponent ear during the game. I beat him straight 2-0 and my opponents coach gave him a ted talk of about 15 minutes and motivated him that he can win the game.

In the third game , I didn't know how it happened but my opponent kept putting the ball at my weak spot( my forehand) and I was missing points. Before I could say jack, game was 2-2 draw.. I was tensed already and began to fidget.

My opponent and the coach was on steroids with very high motivation. The fifth game came and I LOST!!!

3-2, my opponent, EMMA won the match!!
It came as a breaking news to the whole school as it was unbelievable.

I had to hire a coach afterwards and subsequent competitions, I came out tops but that particular match was noteworthy to me.

Get a coach today in any of your endeavors.

I want to pay in installments for 10-12 months.

Or should done with their certified, licensed authorized broker coming over to you maybe at your office.

I bought the bronze package of the health plan for I and my mom on 22nd December 2025 and I was told in 6 working days or less, all my enrollment IDs will be sent out.

Today is 13th January 2026 and I'm yet to receive any or be onboarded into the program. I've sent countless emails and called the customer service severally and all I keep getting is ' they are working on it's and offering apologies. They even said I send them my receipt of payment which is on their database already and I did.

My 175k is gone and I'm asking for a refund. They've stopped replying my mails.

Please I need solutions on the way forward. For now,

don't try this. It fosters divisiveness. Roman Catholics are hard to win over to Pentecostal. Talk it out with her before proceeding. If two does not agree, they cannot move together. This is a lifelong journey as death only can separate you except one of you decides to quit and stay unmarried.

He's from Enugu. I needed more information on who, why and where it happened and also to inform other group members

We have a class Whatsapp group so we often keep in touch and discuss politics, entertainment, football etc.

So one time I tagged him to discuss the killings in eha amufu, Enugu and he denied any killings there that it was propaganda. I even had to show a X screenshot of someone from there and he said it wasn't real that the Governor was doing the best.

Few weeks later, I saw another news of eha amufu killings and posted it on my status with the caption " we are our own problems" and my friend deleted my number , stopped communicating with me and we can't view each other's status.

I'm from imo state and I do criticize my own governor once there's any bad news coming from there.
