yinkus6750:The judgement of the Court of Appeal is final in this instance. |
The list is not complete without Segun Odegbami. |
So, El Rufai can approach a court in this country for any form of redress despite the reckless abandon with which he flouted court orders when he was minister? |
The English Grammar of the content of the letter is remarkably instructive. |
I guess the Foundation for True Freedom and Public Accountability had checked their facts before putting them here. I think something is wrong somewhere if the Senate President receives N248,424.25, the Deputy Senate President receives 230,916.70, the Speaker of the House of Representatives receives N247,711 BUT THE DEPUTY SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES RECEIVES N288,703.42. What exactly is going on? |

I am now convinced beyond all shadows of doubt that Nigeria has a penchant for sick, dubious, incoherent, lying, untraceable, incompetent and paranoid rulers. Yes, it is a chronic disease and until this is properly diagnosed and a lasting solution is found and applied, the country will sink deeper in debt, poverty and all other forms of antediluvian malaise. |
It is sexy provided you do not fix nails like hawks. |
Elmojiid post=122629305[b:The good ones are few and far between. There are toxic people everywhere pinching you hard under the umbrella of FAMILY and accusing you of standing aloof. Gigantic stumbling blocks! If this is not a skit, dear lady, sell the sketchy thing and get away for good. |
Aciwaju, come and defend your trophy. |
Slave master or no slave master...the first four candidates for the 25th February 2023 Polls in Nigeria have, one time or the other, been elected governors in Nigeria and they all have one thing or the other as their shortcomings which characterise them as slave masters. However, I admit that all slave masters are equal but some are more equal than the others. In the final analysis, whenever you are cornered by the system to make a choice among unsavory alternatives, the outcome is usually not like when the system provides a level-playing field because these FOUR are not the only candidates but the system has made it possible for them to be the only popular candidates via the robust corruption which has engulfed the land. |
Àwon onírasè. |
Perhaps Tanko's time is almost up and they are afraid to have a southerner as the Chief Justice. |
So, this is all Fasola can come up with? |
It is well. |
I wonder what Femi Adesina would have written and said about the rapacity, recklessness and insensitivity of the present Nigerian government if he had not been invited into the circle. |
Thank you. |
Thank you, nobilis. DrayZee, when I got out of my house this afternoon I noticed a big ring around the sun and it has kept me wondering. |
How on earth could that be possible? |
Please, what could the big ring around the sun mean? |
I think both parties are technically lying.
The case is sub judice and, as such, let us wait for the judgement of the court. |
Prof, Happy Birthday. |
This charade has got to stop. If EFCC is truly EFCC, this is one of the times that the agency should pounce on governors and individuals who have 'contributed' such huge amount of money (N21.27b) just to campaign for the re-election of Jonathan when millions of Nigerians are languishing in unemployment and abject poverty. These same governors were not dead but did not do anything to ameliorate the plight of Nigerian students when school fees skyrocketed in all tertiary institutions in the country recently. How long will politicians take Nigerians for fools? Who does not know that Jonathan 'has more than enough money' to run his campaign? Who does not know that someone must have given him the idea of raising funds so that Nigerians will not think that he has stolen government money to run his campaign? Is it that he has stolen the money from the government purse and given it to those people who have now returned it to him in the name of donation? Well, since STEALING IS NOT CORRUPTION, EFCC might be clueless as to the grounds on which to pounce on the people who have made the senseless donation. |
It seems these guys have a script for this thing by which they act because it happened to a friend of mine a while ago; the same action and the same place. The same way it had happened to me though in Abeokuta in 2010 along Abiola Way before it happened to my friend. Even some commercial vehicles from the motor parks have been alleged to be involved in this racket. Only God can save us. |
ORDERLINESS plus TRUTH. |
The goal here is for us to become good storytellers. I think we should begin by cultivating the habit of reading and paying attention to details; a good writer must be a good reader. In other words, we need to read extensively and intensively. We lose many things if we can read but choose not read. Reading broadens our perspectives of the world. It makes us more aware of life's possibilties as well as its subtleties and intrigues. It sharpens our perceptions. Mark Twain says a person who chooses not to read has no advantage over a person who is unable to read. So, let us begin by reading. It is the best route to acquiring writing skills. |
Why have you chosen to insult girls especially Nigerian girls when you know that these qualities are invariably antithetical to their chosen pattern of life? |
May the soul of the Great Sage continue to rest in perfect peace. |

The challenges of a relationship are surmountable provided one is in the relationship with the right person. The right person will fill the vacuum without excess and inadequacy. The challenges we notice in relationships are the excesses and inadequacies that inevitably crop up as a result of being in a relationship with the wrong person. So, once the challenge of having the right person is settled, other challenges are trivial and will vapourise. |
