if there's no solution please forfeit the payment and do another one, so that the passport won't be useless for you and you wouldn't have to go through stress of changing details later. I'm talking from experience

I have gone through some pages of this great thread and would like to know if someone applying for the first time will go through interview and capturing? I have seen people talk about interviews. On the NIN issue, will incorrect date of birth in NIN after my application process?

I'll advice you correct the date on nin before proceeding, does the age match your credentials too? You need to check

So the officer in charge at Abuja sent me a message that my passport will be ready anytime soon, few hours later he sent me my data page, I was so happy and also full of emotions considering what I've gone through. Waited till today after collecting the hard copy before sharing the news.

My dear sister,please be patient.its not your agents fault.I want to believe there's a delay cos your nin hasn't been verified by nimc and I heard that it takes about 3-4months sometimes 1year before it drops on the system due to their server.Nimc have made things very difficult for people especially those that did not register for their nin early enough.So please be patient....You can ask her if your nin has been verified.At least start from there.Best of luck

It’s okay to shed tears dear. I really do feel your pain and frustration. My advice for you is that you should go online and search for Nin contacts and talk to them. They know how to make it drop. This country is full of shit. Disturb NIN first before going after your Agent. I and my Son’s passport is yet to be ready since January 2021. It will end in praise.

That's a good one. You could take a further step by going to their office to see if you can approach someone who could help look into your case and find out what the actual challenge is and possibly resolve it for you.
Just approach any superior officer and narrate your experience. You can't tell who God would use to resolve your challenge.

I'm in Lagos and she's in Osun so I can't just rush like that. The issue started when I went home so I decided to do it there

I just took the bold step of reporting, initially I was waiting till Friday before taking any steps after yesterday's heat argument, chatted her up today it's like hell. So I've reported. Thanks guys

I followed your story from the beginning and this is the only time I wished "reporting" works. As for Servicom, I have had nothing but funny experience with them. Here's hoping my experience is an exception, and that the right people get involve this time. By the way, today makes it exactly three months since I have been captured. Don't know if it serves any purpose, but just know you aren't the only one who feels this way.

it's 5 months already now and it's express 150k so nothing should hinder it. Those that are getting theirs doesn't have two heads

I would advise you confront her in person and find a superior third party to step in. I had a challenge where the agent I used kept on telling me that my file had not been verified and the reason why I had not been called for capturing, only to realise after involving a third party that my file was no where to be found, that is, if there was a file in the first place. A new file was eventually opened for me and I have captured to the glory of God.

So today I stood up to my agent and guess what she threatened to refund if not for the person that linked us together and even said no matter how much I'm putting pressure I'll still have to wait for sms. Why wait when I paid for express since March

it took me a month plus before name re-arrangement take effect, and you'll still wait so tey before they upload your nin on immigration portal except you know how to find your way

Experiencing same situation now. I searched for my babies passport from the link provided (Captured March 17th). Surname was mixed up with other names and other names given a different surname. I sincerely don't know what to do.
