Read John 9 and the story of Lazarus for where Jesus Christ teaches that even those who do not know and do not believe can also be healed. The blind man who ws born blind, in particular, did not know who Jesus Christ was, talk less of believing in Jesus Christ, yet He was given eyesight which He did not have from birth.

Lazarus was already dead and his sisters where too beside themselves in grief to believe the possibility of him being raised.
